Very easy set up and great sound. Doesn't fall out of ears like airpods do on occsion

I bought this and returned just in one day. Those never tried to pair with my phone. And though these were certified geek squad refurbished, but not at all looked like that. I'd not recommend this TBH.

These are great... If you want to pay $200+ for only one working headphone. The left ear didn't connect into the case properly to recharge. I read reviews before purchasing these and didn't see this come up. After happening to me and reading further I found this complaint amongst others. It was past the return period with Best Buy but still within manufacturer warranty so I sent to Apple. Apple said they were unable to repair and sent back to me broken.

Even though they are “refurbished” they have worked great and we have had no issues.

Bought these for sports and didn’t want to pay full price. After 1 mo everything is working great. Love the sound, the integration w IOS, and most Important, they stay on my ears.

Bought this for a gift to the grandson, he loves it hasn't let him down yet.

Missing ear tips. Otherwise appear fine. I bought them as a gift and didn't realize they were missing parts until after the 15-day return window, which is far too short.

Saved some money and got a Certified Refurbished pair. They came with the original box, new ear tips and the original charging cable. Looks like new and sounds great. Also like the green color. Quick and easy to pair with iPhone.

These were on sale for 129.99 which was a big savings, but after taking a whole week to get here I found the left earphone would not charge at all. I was offered to swap for another refurb but after waiting so long for it to arrive it just didn't feel worth it. Returned it in store and am waiting for the refund to my credit card. Buyer beware of Geek Squad Refurbished items.

Perfect ear buds.. this is a repurchase just a different color

Looks new for a refurb. The beats pro sound pretty good and are secured around your ear so they won’t fall off. I wish they also provided comfy ear tips so when you are not working out you can use a more comfortable ear tips.

The refurbished price is much more reasonable for what these ear phones have to offer. The main features that distinguish this from other true wireless headphones include the ear hooks, auto-connected bluetooth (with apple devices*), and physical volume buttons. The ear hooks are soft plastic and holds well to your ears even when playing sports like basketball. I appreciate the physical volume buttons on the top side of the headphone since you wouldn't be pushing them further in to you ears. I had bluetooth connectivity issues which made me return the product. Anywhere past 25ft, it would start having a choppy connection even when there were no barriers (doors/walls) and no addition electromagnetic noise (no other electronics around). With Bluetooth 5.0, I expected the range to be a minimum of 100ft without losing connectivity (the quoted range for 5.0 is 800ft and other youtube reviews indicated a lonnnggg connectivity range). *I've damage my S9+ before and got it repaired. So I'm not sure whether it's my phone's bluetooth or the product's bluetooth is the issue. Maybe others can comment on the range. The case is also extremely large in comparison to other true wireless options. It's almost the size of a stress ball. It does not come with a charging dock. They only give you a thunderbolt cord which is outdated compared to type-c. These headphones are for people who are very active and would prefer some workout music with very secure wireless headphones. I would not recommend these for people with glasses. Glasses + powerbeat pro + mask.... it's a mess. For 180$, there are plenty of better options that offer audio pass through, single earbud use, type C charger, and slimmer charging case.

Right earbud volume is extremely low and does not Connect most of the time

I had to return the product since one of the earbuds was not charging at all. I am very disappointed and wonder about the quality check of Geek Squad certified products.

Right side only worked intermittently, and the overall sound was horrible. I returned them today and purchased different ones.

Good work out for my son with thizs. Sweat proff and awesome
