Bought these for my mom just because I have them and she loves them...

I bought these earphones refurbished. They worked great for two months, but then I started noticing the right earphone wouldn't connect right away, it was delayed. Then I started noticing that the right earphone would charge past 40% with the charging case closed. I know it's refurbished, but this is garbage. I can't return these now as it's past the return period. This is the second time best buy has screwed something up for me.

Bought these for my husband and he loves them. Very comfortable to wear for hours at a time. Sound clarity is fantastic. Phone calls are crisp and clear and cuts out background noise

These are so comfortable when it comes to holding through your ear. Some how apple airpods fall off from my ears. Overall these are good.

I returned these. To heavy for my ears. It hurt to wear them. Also I couldn’t tell when they were done charging and even though I left them charging a long time one ear died after 30 min?!

Don’t waste your money. I noticed my left earbud would not work half the time. The reason being is it was not charging. The buds do not make good contact for charging. This however is not my issue it seems the contacts do not work and after 2 months the left bud will not charge at all. The sound is great when both work correctly.

bought refurbished and was kind of leery but for the price took a chance. No issues at all and they sound great. Got these for $115 and came with everything, just not the original packaging. Will update if they fail to work at a later time.

Turns out the case you use to charge the earbuds is a joke. Just Google it. After a couple of months the left earbud stopped charging. Faulty design they should have updated years ago.
