I had this item for about a month before the left earbud start having issues. The left earbud still doesn’t work and I’ve had it about a year now.

Don’t not purchase refurbished items! Bought these thinking Best Buy Geek Squad would get these like new condition only to have them not work within a month. Called Best But customer service only for them to transfer me to Apple. Apparently Beats has a contract with Apple. Through Apple customer service, they request the serial number on the earphones. After I gave them the serial number I was told they can’t find them in their system. I’ve called multiple times to get resolution with zero help. Best Buy passes me to Apple and Apple it terrible to deal with. I’m left with a pair of expensive earphones that don’t work. 5 stars for trash, terrible customer service by Best Buy and Apple.

These are my second pair of Beats Pro I opted to go with the refurbished trusting it would be a good quality, I do have to question geek squad inspection process, the sound quality is definitely not the same, and it was missing one of the ear bud covers I had my previous pair stolen so luckily I had the others from my previous buds just disappointing im paying for a product and still having to replace items myself

No problems they work great can’t even tell they were refurbished.
