    I bought a defective product. It’s not returnable nor can the manufacturer do anything in regard to fixing the headphones. The charging case doesn’t keep a charge, and the right headphone doesn’t charge or work. Neither Best Biy or Apple were a help.

    I understood this was a refurbished item but it came without the little ear cushions. (Not sure of the actual name)
