Bought the $115 refurbished pair and they are not working 2 days outside of the “returnable” window. Don’t buy from Best Buy.

Wouldn’t know the difference between refurbished and non refurbished. Glad I saved money with refurbished!

I thought refurbished products are reliable, but realize that they are not. I purchased in May 2024, and it was working fine for 2 months. It then started having charging issues with right device. Now, after 3 months, the battery on the right last only 30 minutes. It works fine for 90 days and dies soon after warranty period. It's scrap now. Better go for a new one.

Purchased a refurbished pair of Powerbeats Pro. Seems they have poor quality control. Left side isn't working at all. Been charging for 3 days and still at 0%. Cleaned the connection and ensured it was secured on the charger. Only right side is charged to 90%. FYI- similar problem I had with my original pair after 3 years - left side won't charge more than 15 min worth of battery life.

Great sound! First time to use this product; wishing it would have came with instructions only down fall. Other than that they are great. Purchased online & received right on time

Excellent sound. Got them on sale otherwise probably wouldn't have spent the cash The Bluetooth app is constantly running on your phone which is a pain but otherwise its fine.

I love every bit of it. I also have the iPods but got tired of falling out of my ears or me having to take them off at work, but with this wireless beats, I am good & hands free all day long.

Despite being refurbished the sound quality & conditions are like new. Only issue is it’ll hurt your ears after having them on for quite a while & case is bulky compared to AirPods.

Had trouble with the refurbish order. The usb cord was faulty. And had some issues with earbuds connect to iPhone

These things suck. I had these for over a year and now wish I can return them. First you can not pair them without hassel, once paired they constantly disconnect when out of the case. After a factory reset you can't even see them in discovery mode to reconnect. I am very unhappy with these...so much promise but WAY TO MUCH HASSEL!

returned the item for refund. These constantly disconnected from both my laptop and phone, which has not been a problem with other headphones so I know it's not my device. They also didn't fit my ear very well, even after adjusting the over-ear piece... can't expect them to fit everyone's ear perfectly but i was disappointed about the constant disconnection.

Not what I expected. I have one beats that it sounds really nice but this one it isn’t

Was fine in the beginning till the left ear bud stopped working only after about a week. It came in what seemed to be in perfect box however the inside box was a bit dusty. Sound quality and performance was perfect when it worked and then the left bud stopped working. Took it back to Best Buy and and only gave store credit. So now I’m stuck with Best Buy store credit

I love the color of there beats. They are comfortable without being totally in your ear. Volume is great for calls and easy to use if driving.
