These were great replacements for my lost ones. Like I never missed a beat.

Purchased these as I was looking for wireless earphones I could run and workout with. These work great even with a lot of sweat.

I bought these beats back in oct of 2022. They were refurbished but i thought they would last longer than 4 months. The charging box doesnt want to charge the beats anymore.

Using it for about a month then it just kept losing connection

I got this as a present for my wife. She loves them. I’ve tried them out and the sound is clear and a very easy sync with our phones

They are excellent. Came at a great, refurbished price. If you’re thinking about getting some, do it.

As advertised. Work great. No complaints. I use with my iPhone and kindle without problems

Got it for a gift. My mother in law says she loves it. The calls are loud and clear and it's comfortable on her ears.

My favorite brand, very pro, the sound its very delicius and clear, easy of use and parim whit the cell i love it

They don't sound as loud as the original ones. The bass is missing don't get that dump.

My husband likes these headphones however they break very easily- a bit sad about that

Great sound and like that you can control volume and songs playing with buttons on each earbud. The case is kinda big though.

These headphones literally broke a month and a half after I bought them! They are trash. DO NOT WASTE your money with buying these from bestbuy. Just because they're an already established organization doesn't mean these are quality products. They are not. These headphones began giving me issues a month after I purchased them. The right headphone at times would stop working. All I had to do was return the headphones back to the case in order to get them working again. This time around though it didn't work. Again, DO NOT BUY REFURB from best buy. It is not even similar to the condition of buying a new product in the grand scheme of things. They will break down quickly. I was hesitant at first buying a refurb product. I wish I didn't. I can't even return them as the best buy warranty only lasts 15 days.

Never could hear anything out of them do I took them back. Was given a really hard time by a manager Will P who wasn’t going to return them unless I paid $50 to upgrade my account because he said yesterday was last day I could return them but they didn’t work. He finally took them back. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy’s store.
