I got a Pretty good deal on these although they were missing the rubber ear plugs and the charger, im not an apple user so i had to buy an apple compatible charger for these :(

It was good a first but after a few minutes it disconnects from bluetooth and it gets annoying after a while so I don't recommend getting refurbished.

I bought refurbished. Still very expensive. Worked for about 30 days. Right side is dead. Left side doesn't hold charge for more than an hour. Should not have been sold. Tried to return. Return period for refurbished is really short. Never again.

I wanted to be a fan, but they lost my understanding at this point. I don't like the fit on my ears and why such a big charging case ? Other than that, of course no complaints on the bass!

The earphones I received had someone else's earwax and ear hair. I could not believe it. I was ok with the scratches but EARWAX? Nope. Returned in store as soon as I received them. Giving the refurbished option 1 star for obvious reasons.

Never really consistently worked. Although when they worked they were great. More often than not one head phone would charge while the other would be at 0%. And most of the time the cool graphic that shows the case and each headphones charge levels would never show up. It would take 10-30 minutes to find out that one headphone was not charged and play around with it until I got a partial charge so I could go running. Really frustrating when all I wanted to do is grab them and start my run. I sent them in to apple to be fixed but nothing changed. I don’t think I’ll ever get a refurbished item again. Wast of money!! Wast of my time!!

Fit just perfect and the sound quality is like any other!
