I purchased one in black and one in ivory. Initially the ivory pair was disconnecting from my phone. One of the earpieces had audio that would go in and out. I called bestbuy twice before I was able to get a replacement pair. After a month of use the second pair is failing also. One headphone goes in and out. Sometimes the audio only plays on one side. Other times the audio has a lot of feedback. The ivory pair also drains a lot quicker than the black pair. I definitely will not buy refurbished again.

Bought a pair for the husband and ended up getting myself a hair.

the battery won't last... purchased a pair in August 2020 and they don't last for more than 40 mins now... replacing the battery costs as much as a new pair almost... not worth it!

It was broken not working at all charged not connected

Great value for the price! Even though the headphones were refurbished the package included everything except for directions. It would have been nice to have the instruction manual but I will manage.

Left side doesn't work and can't get ahold of support team about it

I gave an overall rating due to the fact the ear phones work, the charging base however was inop out of the box, luckily the earphones I previously had also beats the charging base worked and earphones didn’t so I did a swap and bing bang boom I have a good set and a bad set lol

Only lasted six months, only one charges now and the one good one only lasts two hours before it dies. Either buy it new or get something else.

I bought these for work because I’m constantly on the move while in meetings so it’s super convenient to pop one in and just go about my day. I also use them to listen to music while shopping. Quality is amazing! And they are so easy to use. They’re also voice command enabled. Love them.

Beats by Dr Dre are awsome loud and clear love them

These were refurbished geek squad certified apparently. Max volume seems to be to low, especially coming from the Beats brand. Not sure if this is because it’s a refurbish item And still defected, but very unsatisfied!

The 1's that purchased were suppose to be refurbished, But i dont think they touched them...long story short... I love em when they are working.....but thatis too much money on something that doesnt work correctly...

Only one side chargers. Constant connectivity issues. Honestly, the wordt purchase i have ever made.

They would not stay connected to my I phone 11 pro max the battery didn’t even last an hour and I charged them every night very disappointed returned them for Apple i pods

Waste of money. They sent me a defective piece. I didn’t use the product for 4 mints and then when I started using it noticed the right earphone is defective and reached out to customer service who are unable to do anything because it is outside return or warranty period of 90 days. Wasted $99.

The earphones work great . They have a long battery life .

Used regularly at the gym. One headphone stopped working after three months. Can’t reset, it’s defective. Will be purchasing a different brand this is a loss -_-

These are worth the price even though it maybe refurbished.
