I immediately knew I made a mistake buying refurbished when these headphones malfunctioned from the get-go. I expected a like new product, one that was serviced and inspected through some type of quality control by Best Buy. Instead, I have one headphone that barely plays music, and another that is just dead in my ear. Thanks, Best Buy.

Sound tinny. No bass. Won't hold a charge. And not very loud. Not worth the price.

The sound quality is meh. The charging case is so big and thick. And now the left earpiece is dead. Totally not worth it.

Sound quality is great, however I’ve only had them for a month at this point and I’m already experiencing issues with one earbud charging/not charging. I come back after thinking they should be fully charged with one earbud completely dead. Will probably end up returning them or just getting something better.

Not bad, don't stay charged very long. Didn't pair up easily, had to try a few times and then follow a different way

My ear phones volume wasn’t loud enough, so I returned them.

Not sure why but I had multiple issues with them from the beginning, issues like the case and headsets never fully charged even after being plugged in overnight, when it did show battery strength it would fluctuate as I tried using the left or right earpieces, when I was able to get them paired with my phone, my phone would freeze, Siri wouldn’t respond, at this point it wasn’t meant to be.

One of the earphone did not work after repeated attempts to synch..don't buy untested refurbs

The battery life depleted drastically over time and has connection issues repeatedly. I also noticed that my ears started to itch after repeated use. I’ve cleaned the earbuds out repeatedly but it doesn’t help. I’m assuming it has something to do with the material quality.

Complete piece of junk! One of the earphones stopped working after 16 days of receipt and BestBuy would do nothing to correct the situation as it was a refurbished item. When we placed the order through the store, they advised we had 30 days for returns. Complete garbage! Stay away from anything refurbished from the Geek Squaf!

I spent good money for them. I had to return them because the wouldnt sync to my phone.

Did not work had to jump through a million hoops to get them to actually be able to get a new pair. Was told to go into a store and they could replace it only to find out they can't do anything but make me pay more for a new set

Loses connection often, can't get ahold of geek squad for help on the matter.

I'm very disappointed. The ear buds only stay charged for 40 minutes and then shut off.

Package was missing the rubber earbuds pieces. Can't listen without that....

Who doesn't like Beats? And they are compact and wireless. I work remotely and take several meetings a day while walking for exercise. These are perfect. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Bought refurbished but this was an awesome investment. My saving grace for my gym days!

well my car out the shop have very little use for them

I originally owned a brand new pair, but unfortunately, lost them and ordered this refurbished pair, hoping to save some money. I have a friend that bought a refurbished pair and out of the box they looked/sounded brand new, so I do believe you can get good refurbished ones. Unfortunately, I didn't get so lucky. The refurbished pair I received sounded terrible! They did work, but it sounded like you were listening to everything through a tin can. I debated keeping them, but found it intolerable, so I ended up returning them and purchased a brand new pair. I don't think this should deter you from ordering these. You might get lucky and receive a pair that sound brand new, like my friend did. But if not, then at least Best Buy lets you return them!
