Disappointed with the "refurbished tag"

When using mic to make a call, how cannot hear the phone ring or the person answering. You have to physically connect to phone then back to Bluetooth.

Great headphones with limited pain while wearing

I just recently switched the buds, so hopefully this fixes the minimal issue.

Clearly The geek squad brand means nothing when it comes to refurbishing their products. Don't expect this product to last you more than a year. And don't expect Best buy's brand to stand behind this product.
