They worked great when I first bought them back in July. But now most times only one connects and I have to put them back in the case to try to reset them. Or sometimes the buttons wont register, like the volume wont go up or down. Since I could not buy a warranty plan when I bought them, I can't even try to get them fixed.

This is not a reveiw on the buds, it's a review on best buy. Do not buy these refurbished from best buy. I bought one pair for my son his left one doesn't work, my set had no rubber pieces or a cord. I am returning both and buying new ones somewhere else.

Paid half price and barely last 1 month , had coverage, took to apple while they were looking over product something fell off when I asked what it was she said nothing and threw it away . Now apple emailed me stated it’s going to cost as much as a new pair cost to repair them.

Bought due to $, although color was red, figured wouldn’t matter when wearing cuz I couldn’t see them then. Aside from that though, the sound is terrible. I am going to take them back to the store to check against new and to have bad sound verified. How bad? The original earbuds from my iphones sound much better!

Not comfortable and doesn't stay charged very long.

Ordered refurbished and the left one doesn’t work at all…i figured someone would have actually refurbished…missed the deadline to return because they sat in the box for quite awhile before I ever used them

I have tried to like these but they don’t have quality audio

I had been looking for the lowest price possible on these and found them refurb. Hesitated a bit but really happy with the purchase. Everything is great and I have no complaints.

These are uncomfortable, and the sound quality is not why you’d expect

Missing parts and defective to boot. No way these were Geek tested and passed. Makes you wonder if the Geeks are on the ball or Best Buy will sell anything for money.

Not bad quality but they do fell off all the time and too sensitive.

The mic on the right earbud does not work. Tried restarting and using app. It still will not work

I love these, you can't lose them easily like the air pods and they are really sweat resistence.

No one can hear me. Drown out. Too much money to perform like this. Very dissatisfied

Unfortunately my right ear headphone didnt work on my reconditioned purchase.

I was afraid it wouldn’t work but works well. No instruction booklet.

I should have researched them further before purchasing. It is causing clear drainage from my ears and itchiness. I have since found that there are many people on redit that have posted the same issue and have contacted Apple but nothing has been done. I have submitted a complaint to Apple and am waiting on an outcome.
