The hear piece was not complet and the battery getting slow really fast

Both ear pieces did not work correctly. Sound was not good & they did not hold a charge for long.

I don’t recommend this is not good I tried these headphones for months but it didn’t sound good at all! Well not good for the price I paid for it!

This is my 4th bad experience with Geek Squad Certified in the last 12 Months. 3 Laptops...but I thought "laptops are complex and there can be many issues" Well...guess Beats are too...these lasted 5 Weeks(Past Returnable) Ebay with Squaretrade Warranty is more reliable than Best Buy Certified.

To big and got in the way and hurt the ear Where the band wrap around.

Had them for 3weeks and now the left one won’t charge...Very unhappy !!

I had the previous Powerbeats and this certainly takes wireless to the next level. Sound performance definitely has improved.

Left earbud hardly ever charges when it should. Requires constant attention.

Excellent product kudos to the ear buds for reading texts and very accurate text to speech translation replies.

Disappointed.,, read the reviews and was very excited about the deal i was getting on these. When i received them i immediately set them up and realized that accessories were missing ( rub earbuds). Long story short i returned them and just purchased new ones.

This item isn't work properly. After 40 days, this beats no longer working. I recommend to everyone, please do not buy Refurbished power beats, unless you want to lose your money.

Great product. Very convenient for me as a student. I was fortunate to find a deal for less than $100. Really worth the money.

good for working out and when I am on the bus or train

These were a waste of my money. Each earphone charged differently, one would charge while the other would not. Most times neither would work. The only thing I liked was they were long lasting when fully charged.

I bought these as a replacement to ones that I lost. They work fine. Everything appeared as if were new.

Low sound and not even a representation of beats. I thought the sound would be great but I was disappointed.

The don’t load properly and are a bit uncomfortable

I decided to buy after reading reviews. I've tried various ear pieces that came with it, but no luck. All I can hear is thin bass and tiny overall sound. I own Beats Studio closed headphones. Was hoping these would have even better sound. Sadly disappointed. Gave mine to a friend.

the charger case is wont closed tight and won't charge proffer.

I chose these over the AirPods pro. They are much more versatile overall and work great for phone calls just like the AirPods pro
