Great sound but the right ear piece charge only lasts about an hour now

I can’t say enough about these as they are great for when I’m driving, exercising, etc. hands free. The best!

I had never purchased a refurbished product from Best Buy before and I was a little hesitant. After reading other reviews I decided to give it a try and purchased the Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones. Upon receiving them, they were marred and dirty; even the usb charging plug was dirty. While I realize a refurbished item is not new, I at least expected them to be clean. I was not comfortable using them in the condition they were received. Thinking this might be atypical, I attempted to exchange them, hoping for a product in better condition. The process was very frustrating; between going to the Best Buy store and dealing with the Help Center both online and by phone, I was finally able to get a replacement product. Upon opening the replacement item, the Powerbeats Pro box was deplorable. It was dirty and literally falling apart. It looked as though it was taken from the trash. Maybe the headphones were fine, but I was just not comfortable placing them in my ears. So I returned them as well. This whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Perhaps I am expecting too much, but even at the discounted price, I do not believe these are worth it.

I bought a pair for myself and my wife took them because she loved them too so I had to buy another pair

Love these for my rides on train and while driving to pick up my calls perfect for all.

By far the worst product I’ve purchased from BestBuy. The right earpod stopped working after less than 2 months of purchased . I won’t recommend anyone purchasing any factory refurbished products from BestBuy.

Not a comfort fit over ear. Battery is not the best. Can easily disconnect from calls with this one.

Good buy for wireless headphones. I was hoping for better sounds, otherwise work fine.

No charger for the case, doesn’t stay charged long, not noise canceling. I wasted my money

To be refurbished, it works extremely well. No issues whatsoever

Good looking earpiece with good grip specially if you are exercising, for some reasons I get complains from receiving calls regarding a static’s, not sure if my device is defected or not, but definitely it’s very expensive earpiece

Great! I owned a pair and bought these for my gf. Works seemlessly with iPhone.
