I wanted to wait and give an honest review on these. I have had them for about 2 months and one of them just stopped working. I hadn’t used them every day, just occasionally to workout and relax. Never brought them around water, they were always kept up. So I recommend you either buy the new ones or don’t purchase these at all from Best Buy. You’d be better off going to another store that’ll allow you to return them or have a longer period for you to do so. I’ve passed my return date, so my money went to waste. Decide wisely. Y’all have a nice day!

The headphones arrived in a filthy charging case, plus there was a human hair sticking out of the rubber on one of the headphones. The headphones work fine...but that’s not the point

This product arrived with the wrong charging cable.

These didn’t work right out of the package. I tried to return them to the nearest store location but they wouldn’t accept them because it was an online refurbished purchase. I ended up buying a new pair at the store, but I had to contact customer service online to get a return label to print. I have to box it and then take it to a UPS drop off location. Save your time and just buy new.

I don't recommend that you get refurbished ones they don't have any kind of warranty and after about 3 months of once a week use they wouldn't charge any more unless you held them on the case connector and then they will charge and last for about 2 hours of use!!! Just because of the brand i thought that i would be impressed but buying refurbished i won't do ever again!!!!!

Get pair of headphones when both sides are working. Left side lose entire battery load in 15 mins after pulling off full charge. Will not by these certified ever again.

There’s a lot of static in the big earbuds, I don’t get loud, there’s no base, first time I have a lottery fobished product I don’t think I’ll let her do it again.

geek squad recertification must not include the ability to pair them with anything! Im stuck with them and can't return until the stores reopen!

Mine came missing the charging cable and mismatched earbud options. Of course the size I needed only came with one of them. Then pairing was a nightmare. They never paired with my iPad or iPhone. I would get sound for about half a second and then it would cut out. They did pair with my Android Tablet and PC just fine, though. The sound wasn't very impressive at all. I figure that was another defect. Since other Beats I have had were really good. I'd avoid these refurbs. I sent mine back to Best Buy.

Stays on my ears, unlike ear buds. Good sound. Nice mic quality. Hold a good charge. Even refurbished, they are expensive. The set I bought was like brand new. They were tricky to connect to my Samsung. There's a button to press to help them connect, but since then they're awesome.

one of the earpieces did not charge - could not find a working pair locally

I love these so much! I have a pair of solo beats wireless on ear headphones, and I love them also, but for some reason they weren't comfortable to wear while I was working out. I sweat a lot (no the most hygienic) & they just felt heavy while working out. So after really thinking about it, I decided to purchase these. I loved the price, because full price is insane & I love a deal. As far as them being refurbished goes, I honestly can't tell that they are refurbished. They came in the original box with all original items. The case they came in was perfect. And the earphones themselves weren't scratched or scuffed, perfect as well. Sound quality is great and they really do stay on your ears very good, if you are running these are awesome and exactly what you need. As a whole these were a great purchase and if you are wanting to save some money get the refurbished ones! Thanks Best Buy!

Not what I expected, sound is not loud it’s very minimal, and they disconnect when they want

The sound quality is very poor and they are very uncomfortable to use for long periods of time. They are not worth the high price tag.
