Ear tips was not included with shipment. Called support and the first 3 representatives were unhelpful. 2 of them provided me with a Medicare number. Called again, asked for a manager and was transferred to another department. Asked to speak with a manager and was told no and transferred to another department. Asked to speak with a manager again and was never transferred. Rep. say’s ear tips aren’t included but website says they are supposed to be. GO IN PERSON FOR PURCHASES. NEVER ONLINE. All 7 reps spoke broken English and barely understood what I was saying. Issue wasn’t resolved.

I went into these thinking they were going to be the best earbuds I've ever owned especially for the price. But there is virtually no base at all in the sound is okay. I bought them for my trip to Vegas and I did use them on the airplane and during my trip. They're just your typical earbuds nothing special other than they are very expensive for what you get.

I would give zero stars if possible. Product does not work. Won’t stay connected. Turns volume up without me doing anything. I did purchase refurbished but expected them to work. Will be returning.

Worked like new will definitely look into refurbished items more

Despite the abundance of positive reviews, these over-the-year buds are terrible, although they will fit right for most people. I originally bought in the Apple Store and promptly returned them there. Even the Apple rep commented on customers returning. IMHO, you would be better off buying one of the $20-$30 legal knockoffs on A#$#@oN. Stay away.

These things are no good sounds is bad I can’t believe it they are having connection problems I have to restart them more than usual I jus haven’t had time to return you would think Since they are refurbished that they would’ve been tested and we’re good that is not the case

Not loud enough and starts to hurt after awhile. And it seems like the charge doesn't last long.

Accidentally ran these through the washer. They still work fine. No other hearphones would survive that.

Little disappointed considering they're $200, the sound quality is just sub par. Wind noise is pretty terrible as well considering they're marketed as "active". Sticking with my $100 Pixel buds that work and feel far better.

Opened these refurbished powerbeats, charged them, and use them once - only never to be functional ever again. After that one time, they never charged, never paired again, never showed a white light, and were subsequently returned. Despite being refurbished by Geek Squad, they refused to even touch the box or give me tips without coughing up $40 (which I refused to do). Apple couldn't offer any solutions, nor did any of my self Googling troubleshooting. My suggestion: don't buy refurbished. They will be such a waste of your time and energy.

Case is huge. The Beats App plus many features don't work with android devices, which was not clear from the Best Buy product info. Could not pair with, nor find with my own phone. Only paired with hubby's, and by the time we realized he wouldn't need them, it was to late to return. BustBuy wins again.

Great at 1st but my left one just stopped working!

like the product, but disappointed in the refurbishing efforts. First pair would not stay charged; swap them for a second pair. Left earpiece in the second pair did not work properly. Gave up and returned them.

I would recommend these for any activity. The sound quality is amazing.

These Powerbeats are ok, I also have the jabra 75t those are great besides the falling out of my ear . These on the other hand never fall out of my ear but they do not have noise canceling and after an hour of wearing my ears become sore to the point I have to take them out . Also you have to alway check and recheck that each bud is sitting in the charging dock correctly again comparing to Jabra 75t I wouldn’t use these as much. I’d rather just wrap a hat around my head and stay with the Jabras .

I only used these for the most 10 times and the rughr ear bud keeps disconnecting for this much should be better quality

Terrible. The mic was dysfunctional but was not noticed until a few days after the 14 day return period. (I do not use these on the phone much) BB would not stand behind their "refurbishment" Wasted $140
