They no longer work after a month normal gym useage

Sounded sub par. And felt pretty bad when on, fell out a lot, It wasn’t a terrible deal since I purchased them cheap because they were refurbished, but full price, you’re better off getting anything else. And even at a cheap price, I still returned them.

I read all the reviews saying that these are easily damaged by sweat. But, it was a really good deal on the refurbished ones, so I took a chance and figured they would be good even if they lasted for a year. Three months later, they will not charge. Since they are Beats, Best Buy does not offer Geek Squad on them. I went to Apple and they charge $99.99 for a repair. Since that is more than what I paid for them, there is no point. It is very frustrating, because these seem to be marketed as good for working out with. But, it seems like that is not really the case. They do fit well and offer good sound, but if they're going to break after 3 months of 3 runs a week, it is not even remotely worth it.

The siren red is more like hot pink when I thought was red

It messes up while I'm on call, a high pitch sound

Poor battery life, supposed to be 12 hours of performance

Unfortunately the fit of these is not great for my ears. My ears feel sore when I wear these, glad I didn’t pay the cost of a new pair as these will probably end up used by someone other than myself in the household. =\

Just past warranty and the powerbeats3 no longer work

The headphones worked great for the first 5 months. However, they started skipping, volume dropping low for no reason and cut off in the middle of sounds. I highly suggest if you are going to get a refurbished pair of headphones, opt for the extended warranty.

This product like a fake the sound isn't clear need

This item was supposedly "geek squad approved" it would not connect to my devices. I tried multiple devices as well as different locations, and they never connected. I went in for a refund.

The head phones sound good but the battery life is a lie it said it last up to 13 hr but it only last 2hr. I try returning it but they told me that no returns after 14 days

I’m using this out of country. It’s still not working to my phone neither my wife’s phone. Very very poor.

Do like them. They disconnect constantly and don't connected automatically. And when I where them I can hear everything around me. Do not like this at all.

I received these headphones about a week ago. They are in great cosmetic condition. At first glance They look brand new. I turned these headphones on and did the standard pair with my iPhone XS Max and the audio sounds great as well. The problem is reconnecting these headphone after charging or disconnecting them. You have to do a reset on the headphone every time you want to pair them. They will not auto pair with my iPhone after they have been paired previously. Very inconvenient for anyone who uses headphones frequently.

The geeks didn't bother to check their work as the power beats would not connect to my phone which was able to connect to other nearby devices.

My refurbished beats stopped taking a charge after 3 uses. Totally broken BUT because I had them more than 15 days Best Buy store told me so sorry, can't help u. You have to go to Apple. The support manager at the San Marcos store couldn't care less that I have spent thousands of dollars with BB over the years and he just walked away to move on to the next problem. And to think that if they had given me a store credit I would have purchased new beats. By by Best Buy.

Headphones were great and worked as expected. However, after a week or two of use, they stopped working and device is not able to turned on even when charged.

Dead on arrival, wouldn't charge the moment I got it, I'm past bestbuy's short 15d return period. now I had to drive across town to the one best buy that is an "apple authorized service center" to submit a warranty claim, so I can wait a few more weeks to see if Beats will replace the headphones or I face a $99 "repair" fee from Beats if they deem that their warranty doesn't cover their defective product... nightmare process
