I am now on my second pair and fixing to have to exchange this pair. They won't charge or even turn on. I Google search this problem and SEVERAL people are experiencing the exact issues. For the price these things should be flawless. I have had two pair of Beats 2 that worked great. I don't understand this faulty "upgrade". :(

The line that connects them is way shorter then new ones they are not good and one ear goes out sometimes

It does not work anymore although it was not often used. So sad!

I bought this product use they worked good for the first 2 months then the charging port stopped working.

My Experience These headphones are truly an exceptional piece of technology that you can use for more than just working out. Even though they are designed for working out these headphones are absolutely perfect for the office or just running some errands. With my experience with the headphones it is easy to give this product four stars barring I have any of the quality issues that other have faced. Product and Criteria These headphones come with three different types of ear pieces: large, small, and sport. When you have the right sized ear piece in the ability to cancel outer noises is truly highlighted. Even though in-ear head phones have been known for not having the loudest ability or the best range of ability, this set is truly gifted for the quality that is given. The first main criteria for a headphone is price compared to value. At the time that I purchased the headphones, the Powerbeats 3 had just been released causing these headphones to go on a massive sale. With seeing the price decrease so much compared to a slightly improved Powerbeats 3 product the price for the value was a huge win at the time. Another one of the biggest concerns you might have is battery life. With wireless headphones the life just never seems to last long enough, but with the Powerbeats 2 there were many times that I would turn them on in the morning to shockingly still see a full power bar before I start my day. Obviously, there were sometimes that I was startled with an abrupt power down tone after a heavy use day but the Powerbeats 2 still have a pretty good battery life. The next category is connectivity. I have used these headphones with both Apple and Android products over multiple generations of phone/tablet and connectivity has never been an issue. Most of the time these headphones connect to your last device as soon as they are turned on. I have walked around my entire apartment playing music connected to my laptop and never lost a note. Wrapping Up Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and if these were to break I would absolutely buy another pair! I received a great pair of headphones that truly do not have any of the negatives that any of the other reviews have listed. This improvement in product over the other reviews may have just been a problem solved over time but this is still an absolutely incredible product that I think everybody from athletes to office workers should own!

Comfortable but did not like the sound quality. Not worth the money even at the reduced refurb price.

These beats would not connect to any of my phones. I had to return them

Worst headphones I have ever owned. No bass. No treble worth speaking of. Very tinny sounding. Bought 2 pairs. If I could take them back to the store instead of shipping them back I would. Live and learn. Look for another brand if you want a good set of headphones.

I return this and got the Apple AirPods which feels a lot better than this

If it wasn’t for the fact my son really wanted them for Christmas I wouldn’t have bought them. Even being refurbished I would have thought they would have worked better for how much I spent on them. I can’t even say you get what you pay for. Because I paid way to much for these to be a piece of junk.

Item came packed well, however brought the wrong charger for the beats.

Sound was horrible and tinny. Took to apple to get a replacement. Be careful with refurbs

DEAR FUTURE PURCHASERS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY REFURBISHED ITEMS FROM BEST BUY. THE BEATS EAR PLUGS THAT I BOUGHT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE RETURNED AND THEY JUST RE-SOLD IT. IT WAS DIRTY AND I HAVE DEEP CLEAN IT. ALSO IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

I don't like how they fit. Impossible to adjust to get the best sound quality.

Hard to find the blue tooth button. Falls out the ear. Waste of money

No Quick Start guide included like the product description said. Charged Beats, allegedly paired with my laptop and Samsung S9 Edge. Unit won't turn on when not connected to computer by USB. Definitely returning these tomorrow.

I loved them while they were working. but they only worked for 5 months

Never again buying a refurbished product! First i had issue with the range, it’s literally keep cutting off while the phone is in my pocket!! Then one day they just stopped working and wont turn on! I thought the battery was dead, but no its just dead!! Horrible experience!!

When working, I loved it. Battery/charger failed within 30 days of purchase.
