Maybe it's just my ears, but I don't get a good fit. I've tried all the different size tips, but I can't seem to get a good seal. Therefore, I don't hear the bass and other tones as well as I should. I would not buy these again. Not worth the money.

The power beats never connected to any phone.......

These are absolutely the worst headphones I've ever spent money on. They turn off randomly for no reason and won't turn back on no matter what i do and they disconnect the Bluetooth randomly. I hate them and want to exchange for another pair of headphones

I've had to send this device for manufacture defective two times in a row. Luckily, the first time it was covered. Then the second time apple tried to charge me $102. I will never buy this product again. I only buy items that will last and are not defective.

Earplugs are annoying. In your ear. They hurt after awhile

Couldn't turn down the price on these. When the order arrives the headphones could not take a charge. Returned to Best Buy and the ordered another pair for me. When the new pair arrives those didn't accept a charge either. Decided to return them and get a refund. I'll just purchase new from now on.

Seemed to work the first week or so. Then completely died. Tried to return and they refused to accept it since it was past the 14 days. So essentially I purchased headphone I was only able to use twice. Horrible experience. I have lost complete faith in bestbuy.

It began to have sound distortion problems right after the return dead line which was less than a month from purchase date Feb 22 2020. This review is being written on March 15 2020. I will never buy refurbished again. A total loss of money.

I do not like like powerbeats3.beats 2 wireless are much lighter.

Battery gets bad after 2 weeks. I have not used the item for 2 weeks so far. Charged for 2 hours to see full-battery indication and then used for less than 30 mins. I just wasted my 80 dollars getting a malfunction item. I do not know if i can return it. freaking mad.

Charge for 4 hours use for 10 minutes and it quit working.

Returned after trying to use for one workout (running). Did not fit well in my ears and was uncomfortable. Sound quality was poor in comparison to my cheaper Sony wireless headset. I expected more from these based on reviews, price, and how popular they are at my gym.

I purchased these for my daughter’s 21st birthday gift. I gave them to her on March 26, and they are already broken. Sadly I threw away the receipt, so I can’t return them. I wasted over $50 on a gift I can’t return.

Received these in the mail and returned the next day. The sound was horrible let all tingy. My head phones that came with my phone are way better. I also have original over the ear beats that are hands down way better than these.

At first, my headphones were working great. Now, only one side is working. I know as a certified refurbished item it wasn’t going to be in tip top shape, but I expected to have both sides working for more than a couple uses.

Order the refurbished product for the savings, and I've had success with refurbished products in the past, but these arrived and didn't work at all. Returned and bought the same product new.

I literally prefer to use the wired headphones that came with my phone. These are uncomfortable. Do not fit well. The audio quality is absolutely horrible.

I warn you DONT NOT BE CHEAP but the new pair. I bought the refurbished pair and they didn’t work and the Apple store wouldn’t even touch them because they were out of warranty. I eventually just returned them for a new pair

I bought these May 15th and by July 1st they stopped working. I went to Best buy and they won't resolve. I was told to take it up with Apple. Be advised that even though it says Geek Squad certified, they won't resolve any issues
