The noise cancellation allows you to really get into "the zone". They are lightweight, and the battery stays charged for a long time. I took a chance and bought the refurbished headphones, and they work perfectly...for 40% the cost of a new pair.

With these, I just tighten the wires, and tie them into my hair, so it doesn't touch my neck, problem solved! Works like a charm!
