I recently purchased a refurbished item which I was iffy about but soon after recieving it I was beyond please with my purchased and satisfied with how well it looked and worked!

These headphones have been great out of the box. Only issue we have had is my wife wishes they were louder. But overall I would recommend them to anyone.

I usually don't buy refurbished products but needed a replacement because I lost my other ones and I really didn't want to pay full price. If I didn't order them, don't think I would've ever known they were refurbished.

They sound good and all but the only complain I have is that the cord is a little too short and it makes it somewhat uncomfortable to have for a long time.

Never powered on after trying to charge. Tried different charging devices to ensure it was the headphones. Returned and bought a new pair in the store. New works great!!!

For the price that I paid I feel I made a great investment. You can tried. I am using this product for like one year and no complaints.

i dont know, i tried the refurbished stuff for the first time. I charged it for 3 hours but could not turn these one but its ok THINGS HAPPENED.I already ordered another one, i willgive a try again, 5 star for customer service at everett best buy

I purchased these for my son. He is a 15 year old jr college student. He loves everything about them... except he keeps loosing the earbud cover... lol

I don't like the product and this it not satisfy my need. Quality wise this is good. But i returned to get Bose.

I’ve bought items before that were refurbished but this one didn’t work out. The Bluetooth kept going in and out. Got the new one for 20 more and works great.

I got these because my points and the refurb price were too good to pass up. After using them for workouts and daily operation answering/making calls I would highly recommend purchasing full price because they are worth it.

These are refurbished but you would never know. The headphones are loud and keep a charge for hours upon hours. The green and black give them a sporty look and they fit perfectly on your ears. Ideal for work or working out.

I love these headphones! You can adjust it to comfortably to fit around your ears! Other headphones constantly fell out my ears..

Not my best purchase from Beats. They sounded great but they split open on one ear a month after purchase. There is a small seam on the headphones and it just split open. Super glue has been holding them back together but this is not what I would expect from something with Beats brand (owned by Apple) on them.

Love these headphones!! Wish the battery life was better but that’s my only complaint! Great upgrade from LG that i had for years

I was really looking forward to my first good brand Of headphones. But these are a nightmare. They have problem to connect to both my work laptop as well as to my iPhone XR. I’m going to toss these as they are junk and stay with cheap off brands as they work better for 1/4 of the price and they do sound just as good too.

The part that goes around the ear is slightly to big. That would be my only complain on these specific headphones, I have a different pair and it's not that big.

These make my work out so much more enjoyable but the RemoteTalk doesn't work on them. It's very disappointing... I'm debating about asking Best Buy about it....

I bought a pair of refurbished Powerbeats3 and have been completely satisfied. The battery lasts at least 8-10 hours. I'm really not sure how long it will last on a full charge because I've never had them go dead. Great price as a refurb.

Good quality audio and would be worth the money too if it wasn't for the fact that they suddenly stopped working within four months of use. The bluetooth would cut off and at times it would automatically connect and other times I wouldn't be able to use them until connecting them back with my phone. Not sure why it would disconnect during use (I would skip songs and use the volume button feature), but continued to use them. After coming back from the gym, I went to charge them and the LEDs began flashing randomly. It happened once before and fixed itself after manually restarting it via the forced shut down feature built in. This time it did not restart it was left in a loop. It was disappointing as I would use it for the gym daily. I lift heavy without a spotter so I can't have anything in my pocket so these came in handy. Also used them for cycling ~20 miles three- four times a week because I use a bicycle to commute. Overall wasn't worth the money for the time that it was used for (4 months until it broke) and the hassle of it disconnecting. The package arrived within three days or so and it came with all the original packaging except it had a geek squad sticker. My sister has the exact same model in a different color and she has not had any issues; she did not purchase it refurbished.
