Headphones are great for the price but the refurbished products are not that good. More research is needed before products are reconditioned

I had these beat headphones but in black. I am glad Bestbuy had them. They still great headphones. The microphone is ok but what can you say they are old headphones but still good.

Great sound but too bulky and the wire connecting the head phones is quite stiff. It kept grabbing on my hoodie

I haven’t had a lot of luck with bests, but for the price, I bought the refurbished headphones, have worked really well.

My daughter has a had a set stolen and then left two sets where the puppy chewed them. So she had to purchase her own this time. Best price on refurbished we found across several websites.

These guys work great. Hands free workout. Only drawback is although there is volume level switch,there is no shutoff switch

Great sounding but hate how they fit! They can’t stay in ears so always falling out and or off my ears.

When performing setup and discovering the connection/settings app was an Apple app, I knew there would be problems. The history of Apple designing poor versions for anything other than their own devices means this product, despite it's amazing reputation, is just subpar like whatever junk you'd get on Amazon. Connection wasn't an issue, but sound quality is tinny (despite advice that it's just the earbud sizes) and there's no way to do the different settings changes or other options described in support and discussion groups. In one solution, the user had to disable normal functionality expected in a headphones like this in order to get good sound... Did you buy these so that they could only partly work? Very disappointed.

These earbuds are nice although if you are running hard they can tend to slip out of your ear but they won’t fall because of the clips.

For refurbished ear phones they worked great but are sensitive to sweat and can cause them not to work ( only if sweat a lot though)

Left headphone kind of bland in the hearing department. Maybe it’s just my audio settings or the music quality but I’m sure it isn’t.

Everything about them seems pretty smooth, except I wouldn't wear them all day long, but primarily for running and similar activities. They begin to hurt my head after too long, but that's the case with any over-the-ear design.

I've had these for 9 months and it keeps disconnecting for the past month or so.

I was iffy at first to buy these being refurbished. However the price made it worth it. The only reason you’d ever know that they were refurbished is the packaging. They work exceptionally well and they look new.

was a bit worried of buying refurbished as you always should but my mind was a little easy knowing i had a had 45 day replacement backed by from best buy also i have bought refurbished before and so far so gooooood

4 stars cuz they broke after a lil bit of water got on them. Don’t swim with these on

Great for music and if your talking to people and it’s noise it picks up everything in the background
