This is exactly what I was looking for when shopping for wireless headphones. They are refurbished, but I can't tell. They are perfect.

Expected to be in rough shape since they were factory refurbished but they were not. They look and function as if they are brand new.

I love these. they work great, small and only need to be charged once a week. about 8-10 hours battery life and charging is quick.

I liked the earbuds but I use them only when on the lawn mower and they didn't have enough volume so I exchanged them for wired ones

I bought a pair to try at the gym since wireless seemed like it would be good for the gym. Turns out this is great for the gym! the only downfall is it doesn't last forever so you always need to remind yourself to charge it and keep a spare wired headphones in you gym bag.

I purchased these as an open box item and they arrived ontime and they are just like new! I don't think they were ever even used!

never had a bluetooth headphones before and I just felt in love with the beats even though they are refurbished they sounds great.

At first I was sceptical of buying a refurbished product but I was totally surprised the product was in top shape and work great!

Received item in the mail in a timely manner. Used them twice - the first time I used them heard a crackle in the left earbud; 2nd time I wore them- as long as I didn't turn my head to the left there was no crackle. Returned them to the store. I ended up buying a brand new set! Pleased w/the new out the box merchandise.

These were not even close to what I was expecting. I replaced a different pair of bluetooth headphones with the powerbeats and from the first song I played through them I could tell that this purchase was a bad idea. The sound is not that good and they are awkward on the ear. The only pro is the battery life. But that means nothing to me since the sound is horrible. If u are looking for bluetooth in ear headphones I say shop around. My old headphones were half the cost and twice as better.

Works great! Completely worth the cost. They stay in my ear while running, doing jump squats and the elliptical. Highly recommend!

Like that it is wireless but the battery life is horrible! Wont last more than 12 hours and it does not matter if I am using them or not. Wish I returned them while I had the chance to get something better!

Bought the Powerbeats2 refurbished to save some money. The upfront savings was approximately $60-$70. The item came "open box" no manual or packaging just the case, ear plugs, wireless headset, and charging usb wire. The item worked perfectly when it arrived and paired easily with my iPhone. Two weeks after delivery my Powerbeats2 would disconnect a few times during my run. I went to the beats website and tried the suggested trouble shooting methods. I downloaded the beats updater to my mac per the websites suggestion and attempted to update the Powerbeats2 software. My Powerbeats 2 worked well without disconnecting for a day then completely shut off during a run. I thought the headset was uncharged and left it charging for several hours. When I tried to turn the Powerbeats2 on only a red light would blink three times but would not power on or sync. I went back to best buy confident I could get a refund for a defective product and was told that returns would only be accepted up to 15 days after purchase. I explained that the product was clearly defective and the "geek squad guarantee" as explained to me would cover a return for up to 90 days. I was told "it didn't work that way". I was offered store credit but not a refund on my Best Buy card. I explained that the store credit isn't what I wanted nor would it pay off the $98-$99 charge for the Powerbeats2 on my Best Buy card. Was told repeatedly that the "system" would only allow them to apply store credit towards a return past 15 days. I caved in and took the store credit and am now stuck with a best buy credit card bill for an item that was defective. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED FROM BEST BUY. Go to another major retailer if you have to buy refurbished with better return polices on defective refurbished items. When you take back your defective refurbished Powerbeats2 you will just end up with store credit and out of cash/credit/charge like it happened to me.

Love the price of the refurbished ear buds and the sounds is much better than the multitude of cheapo bluetooth headphones out there. My one issue is the fit. I have tried the different canal plugs and they still move around. I only run so is a little frustrating.
