    I love my new earbuds even though it was refurbished you can tell it's never been used because of the packet for the ears never been opened. I enjoy using them and very easy to put on.

    Product left me disappointed. Not the most comfortable headphones on the market, could not wear for extended periods of time. Sound was average. Virtually no base or minimal at best. Returned product and purchased the Bose Quiet Control 30 and never looked back.

    I had the volume knob cover easily come off. Almost lost it had to super glue it for now. A little disappointed if that was the issue for refurbished in the 1st place. Anyway I shouldn't be complaining coz it's a risk I took buying refurbished product.

    I have smaller ears and I found that the blocky part of these headphones, rubbed against the cartilidgr causing irritation. Sound quality was pretty good but cord pulled when used while semi active

    I purchased 3 sets of these refurbished head phones. The are amazing for running, great volume control, talking on the phone as well as they stay in your ear. Two of them stopped charging after a few weeks. I would buy these again, but new, not refurbished.
