I was so excited to receive this product as I had done a ton of research and these always came out at the top. The price was reduced in January so I jumped on the opportunity to purchase them. They came in and I immediately began charging them so I could use them the next day. The first thing I noticed is that none of the lights would come on so I researched online by reviewing YouTube videos on how the product worked. I tried resetting it and it still didn't work. I tried switching cables, thinking maybe that was the problem. No luck. I was so bummed as I really wanted to make this work for me but it didn't. I will say this, however, that the return was an AMAZING process. I was expecting a ton of questions (which I was prepared to answer) but the associate simply took the product, asked me some basic information and my credit card was refunded. Quick and painless. If I could rate the experience here, I would give that 5 stars!

Could just be my note 4 but connection by Bluetooth is bad unless I'm holding my phone by my face

The Bluetooth works and the sound is average. Nothing fancy on these headphones but normal.

I thought I would like this wireless headphone. But the use of it ddnt really impress me.

Bought the item refurbished never worked took it to my local store replaced with a new pair

These were an open box purchase. Not bad but would have been nice to have all the new items.

Refurbishedonly lasted 28 days before stopped taking a charge. Apple replaced no charge.

Not as much dee tones or bass as I would of liked but they are good and I use them daily.

The earbuds were tested for a few days and I found that they lacked volume and sound quality regardless of any configuration of cushion used. I found numerous on line reports of other users who found the same issues with these earbuds. Not worth the money!

It wasn't works for me because I couldn't connected with my phone I have iPhone SE

So I bought these, maybe expecting too much. Wasn't expecting the bass of the over the ear model, but at least a "full sound". What a disappointment. They sound no better than the stock Apple earbuds, except they cost $89. Returned within 2 minutes of listening to them. Good build quality, so thats why I didn't give 1 star.

Sound clarity is good but don't expect bass sound. Ear buds are not so soft.

Donot buy beats.brought two pair and they broke in less than three months.

A little bit disappointed, worse than I expected but cheaper than new one

I was looking for a wireless headset to wear inside my motorcycle helmet and the Dr. Dre wireless earbud headphones appeared would work, especially at the refurbished price. I went to the local Best Buy, with my helmet to try a set on to see if they would work, before ordering the refurbished ones, but all in the store were in packages, and the sales person wouldn't open one for me to try on with my helmet. He said if the ones I ordered wouldn't work, I could return, so I ordered the refurbished set, and also purchased the Geek Squad extended coverage. The earbuds are too big to fit comfortably in my helmet. It's hard to keep them on while putting on my helmet and are extremely uncomfortable once I get the helmet on. They do pair well with my phone and the cycle's GPS/radio, but can't be worn for any extended time. I'm going to return them for credit.

fast delivery, well packaged. had some issues at first and kind of iffy

I have used these headphones once while on our riding mower and then once while tossing a football with my son and the range to my phone is terrible. I have a Apple 6 SPlus. Other wifi devices work fine from across the room but these cut in and out from under 2 feet. I will be returning them this weekend.

Really good for workout people. Could have been better sound quality.
