The headphones didn't work when I received them. Took them to the store and they said they wouldn't hold a charge.

not very high quality the rubber cover for the charger came off the second time I tried to charge the headset

The sound is average at best unless you put your phone (with an Otterbox type case) in your pocket. If you do there are crackles. Extremely disappointed and returned to Best Buy. Bought a $40 pair of Phaser bluetooth wireless headphones off another online site that starts with Am* that was WAYYYYY better sound than these. Don't waste your money on these headphones.

no where near of quality sound. cheaper & regular earbuds would be much better. this just a name

Right after I bought these I tried them out. The sound kept going in and out as I moved my head. I thought it was just the music download was a problem. But, it wasn't a problem when I used my other wireless headphones. I would not recommend this product. I returned them after trying out several times over a period of 10 days. It just kept getting worse.

The item has stopped working I will return to the store immediately.

I bought refurbished pair and they stopped working with 2 weeks

Bought a pair of these returns and they quit workzing within 5 days. Thought it was a fluke so I returned them and got another pair. Those quit within 14 days. Tired everything but still would not power on. Returned and bought another manufacturers product new. Stay away from these if you really plan to use them working out - or at all

Not all refurbs are good. Really wanted too keep them for the price but had to buy new ones.

Works good as new when I receieved it but after a month the control's cover peeled off...

Headphones are not worth the price. Not very loud.

Be very careful. These are very easy to break, especially at the weld points

Your employees don't seem to have a clue about what is going on even though you advertise they are technical gurus.

arrived in not working conditions battery don't hold charge never turn on

Parts were missing very disappointed in that fact. But the headphones work.

I purchased these earbuds thinking the quality would be great! Unfortunately, the earbuds are not user/friendly, awkward around the ears and the sound quality was not good; specifically, too much static. In addition, the sound did not drown out the sounds around my gym. I wouldn't purchase these ever again.

They worked for about a week and half before the buttons stopped working.

i bought these for my husband, he has the iphone 6 plus, he took it out the box and it didn't work, he charged them last night and when he woke up this morning they still did not work. tech support adv'd him to warranty them out or return it because they were not able to get them to work

I bought a refurbished one to save money and because the website claims that it was "geek squad tested". However, I received one with that didn't work on both sides. Only the left side worked and the sound was very muffled. Took it back for a full Refund with no hassle but it was a waste of time.
