These broke within 3 months. These headphones were terrible

I purchased the refurbished from Best Buy deals of the day. The headphones worked great for 1 day. Then they couldn't hold a charge. Until they stopped working all together. I returned to the store where they offered me a great deal on brand new ones. Now I'm happy with the new pair.

Was very excited since a friend bought one for 150 bucks..But It just doesn't turn on.It gets charged when I plug it in but hasn't been functioning post that...Tried to switch it on using the power button but no luck...Cant return so stuck with a faulty pair of headphones..

It worked fine in the first few months, but as soon as its warranty expired, it doesn't recharge any more. I had a Beats Pill which had the same issue. It seems that Beats is really good at controlling the timing of turning down its functions. CANNOT be more Disappointed!

not as loud as i thought for them to be .m, but great for workout

Buying the name only. Headset does not work consistently. Volume cuts in and out. Have thrown them out. Waste of good money. Don't understand what's the big deal about the name Beats. Will never buy this brand name again.

way to much money for not being able to stay connected

i reeived yesterday and i put them to charge for 8 hours they never work so today when to the store ,returned them & buy new for 50 dollars more, it is better to buy new ,firs time i buyer refurbished to save few dollars but it is better to buy new i recomendend buying new

I bought these headphones that were supposedly refurbished by the geek squad and the first time I tried them they didn't work.. I turned them on and they had no range at all. I was holding my phone in my hand it was still not getting a connection..very dissapointing.

Loved these while they worked, but unfortunately they stopped charging yesterday. I should have learned my lesson on buying refurbished products (why else would someone have returned them unless they didn't work well) but I took a chance and tried them.

This is may first time to buy refurbished from best buy. It came on time so i looked at it. It looks good . Charged it for an hour. Tryed to start it no response tryed to charged it for 8 hrs turn it no power. Not working have to return to bestbuy.

I bought these for the gym. I can't properly express just how bad they were. Completely disappointed. My EarPods sounded infinately better. I took them back. BB gave a full refund so I suppose that's the only good thing about them. Look elsewhere.

Ear phones did not work even though they were refurbished. Brought them back to store. Best buy did exchange them for a different type of equal value. This is why I usually always buy new. Refurbished is like rolling dice, never know what you will get.

The ear piece broke off within three months. I'm very careful with my products and I don't understand how these could break off while putting in my ear. I've read other review lately where this is happening. Don't buy this type of product.

I ordered this item for my boyfriend for valentines, and it never worked. Then when I tried to return it, I couldn't because it was passed 15 days they required. Would not recommend, since they have been fixed, most don't work

I had greater expectations. I thought that they would be durable but they aren't my music cuts off sometimes and it's a little staticky and it started doing that right after the time was for me to be eligible to return it.

I bought this refurbished to save some money but it is totally a wrong idea. They gave a 90 days warranty and the product stopped working after 3 mths. i should have gone for the new one which have minimum of 1 yr warranty.

I have a very hard time keeping them in my ear I tried changing out the ear buds but when I go running the pop out so the sound really sucks kind of defeats the purpose of paying a little extra for name brand.

I normally don't write reviews, but over the past few years I've found myself buying refurbished items more than I used to. The set I received you can't tell they're used except for the case that holds the headphones had a imprint of the headphones in them. Appearance for refurbished is 10/10, you honestly can't tell. They connect just fine, I've been using them at the gym 6 days a week for the past two weeks and still have 30% life left on the charge from the day I got them. The fit is unique. I'm coming from years of use using Apple EarPods and was nervous I wouldn't like the way these fit as much, first few days I didn't care for them, not they they were uncomfortable but they were just not what I was used to. The sound is pretty good, I feel like even for the 90$ I paid they could still be better, is there a difference yes, is it mindblowing compared to my 8 pairs of free EarPods I've gotten over the years, no... But I bought them for the name, no shame in hiding it and expected a little more, but still giving 5 stars because the refurb was A+++, they're wireless, look awesome, fit nice, great battery, and sound good, the only way you could be disappointed is if you pay the price for them new or are used to Bose headphones

This is garbage. Turned on, but didn't make a noise. Did not work at all, returned immediately and got the Jaybird X2! Stay away from the refurbished if possible.
