I've had a constant issue of my headphones cutting in and out constantly. My phone is within 4ft of my headphones but constantly cuts in and out. I need to return them but haven't had a chance.

After a week it stopped working. Took it to geek squad and they said they couldn't fix it due to water damage. There was no water damage done to them! Barely used it 3 times on my run.

Took one week for them to stop working. I contacted Best Buy and it was the longest wait ever. I was told to send it in and I was going to receive another pair. Well, I never got them.

After 5 months of light-moderate use and me taking very good care of these headphones, a plastic piece for the volume fell off! For the price of this item, this should not be happening!

Purchased 1 month ago and product stopped working after first use. Will not buy refurbished products ever again. Thankfully, I was able to return the product and receive a refund.

This was a really bad experienced. The headphone were supposed to be certified refurbished and they were all used and dirty and missing the ear pads. I returned the item.

Won't charge or hold a charge!! Will be returning them!! I used these for a half hour, then it died. Charged it for 12 hours and won't turn on!! DO NOT BUY THESE!!

I was very dissapointed when they started having bad connection problems with the bluetooth and they seem to die very fast even if 100% charged! Im going to return mine

Broke the first week I had them. Same problem I had with the brand new ones that broke before I got these. Beats suck.

Zero rating! The sound is terrible. You're basically just paying for the name. Apple headphones are much better. I definitely returned these the next day!

Product only has 3months warranty. Guaranteed it will breakdown at the 4th month when the warranty is expired. So please save your hard earned money.

This is my 2nd pair of beats. They both had charging problems. Matter of fact, im returing these pairs back to apple for repairs. Ridiculous
