The headphones are loose and they don't stay on my ear! Vary disappointed!!!

The product would connect and disconnect when a incoming call and Netflix.

They work only on the first charge, after that they didnt charge any more

Battery will not hold a charge. Can only listen for less than an hour

Ear piece was dirty & after 8 hrs charge, item never turned on.

Second pair I returned that was referbished. Disappointing.

I have the Beats Solo 2 Wireless and fell in love with them. I used cheapy headphones at the gym and reserved my Beats Solo 2 for at home, work, school. I couldn't stand using my cheapy headphones anymore because the sound quality is so different. I decided to purchase these refurbished Powerbeats2, having read the reviews I figured I might as well save a few bucks and go with the refurbished set. The refurbished set doesn't come in the pretty Beats box (or at least mine didn't), but it did come with the actual case for the earbuds, charging cord, and ear bud tips (mine were missing one set - waiting on a response from c.s. about that currently). The sound isn't the same as my Beats Solo 2, which was to be expected since these are in ear rather than over the ear, but the quality is still better than my cheapy ones that came with my cellphones. I recommend the refurbished ones, as they do sound great for the price - but I would have been disappointed had I paid the full $200 for them. They stay in the ear well, the wrap around design makes them secure.

Has great battery life and the sound is amazing. Use mine for running and they are very light weight and comfortable.

Can't take these off when I am wearing them around campus. For the price they are perfect. Look brand new and have no complaints about being "refurbished".feel very comfortable and they fit great. They sound great, I am not too picky on sound quality but from my experience there isn't anything bad about the sound. I would recommend them

So originally I was looking for a decent pair of wireless headphones that I can trust. I have recently purchased an iPhone 7+ and obviously you can't charge your phone and listen to music at the same time so this was a convenience. I got free 2-Day shipping which I believe is always available for this product, it came today, in the afternoon. It didn't come with it's original box but it came very nicely packed and sealed with the three different earbud types, the charging cable, the box, and the Powerbeats themselves. I was excited that they had a small charge so I tried them out and I loved the sound. It's obviously not the best but it is certainly not the worst. Some reviews talk about them lacking bass, compared to apple headphones yes just a very small amount. I'm charging them right now and trying to get a good charge to test the battery so that still has to come. Sunday I'm cleaning before work so I definitely will take them in and use them for about a few hours. I love these so far and I will be purchasing a new pair in the near future.

This is a great deal for these $200. + tax headphones. The only problem is that they do not come in the original box and there is no instructions. You do get headphones that are looking like there brand new that come with the case, charger, headphones, and extra earbuds. These headphones are top of the line product and to get them at this price cant be beat.

I bought the refurbished powerboats 2 in black. They look great, feel great, and do a very nice job staying in place and blocking exterior sound while working out. The refurbished pair I got was completely functional. The reason for 3/5 stars comes from the rubber stopper for the charging port hanging by a thread when I opened the box. Also, one of the pairs of rubber headphones was missing, luckily I found a pair that fit me in the other three that came. You will not get the flashy box, and you might not get the inserts that fit your ears. Luckily I don't care about that. Do yourself the favor and by the new ones. You will have better peace of mind.

These provide great sound and fit snugly into ear. Provide a very long charge and an easy, immediate blue tooth connections. extremely satisfied with this product.

Paid more for brand recognition, I could have researched more for better sound quality but these work just fine. The hooks on the ear are extremely comfortable and with a battery that last almost the whole day I forget they are there.

Just gottem today wore them today awsome sound and verry light no worries about cable hanging around on my daily workouts so far excellent experience they looked like brand new. Will update if something goes bad but now totally recomend this product. Please dont pay the 200 bucks thats too much in my opinion. 85 is kool... Best buy is the best Great service Fast...
