Sent the right color earbuds this time and product in mint condition

I was nervous about buying refurbished, but these work just like new. I'm very happy with the product.

I bought two of these for the price, which is $50 cheaper. Very comfortable and the voice is great!

This is my third Beats product and I can't say I've been impressed with any of them. I purchased these refurbished and have had no issues with them, they were like brand new. Connectivity is easy and consistent, but the sound quality is overall poor. The ear buds lack overall base and even with some add-in applications to help, the sound quality has much to be desired. The fit is good and they work well for working out--I just expected them to sound much better than they do.

We purchased for my son. They were a discounted item because of a open box. Work excellant!

the sound quality was awesome when they worked, which wasn't very often. If I held my device on my left side 2-3 feet from the headheads they worked great. If I put my phone in my pocket or even held it but on my right side the bluetooth clipped in and out consistently. So I'm guessing the reason they got returned was the bluetooth issue and all they did was repackage it and sell it again. They might of tested it to see if it worked, which it did if the unit was close to the antenna, but the poor range makes this device useless. Perhaps someone else will have better luck than I did, cause they did sound awesome when it was in range.

I am extremely happy with my refurbished beats! I thought and thought for quite some time whether I should spend the money. $200.00 is a tremendous amount of money. When I saw they had refurbished ones I thought to myself "just do it" I have had great luck purchasing refurbished products for 89.00 it was totally worth it! . I love them!!! I am SO happy I finally decided to do it!

Thought they were open box product but received a refurbished pair. Or maybe open box means refurbished at bestbuy. Seems like the earbud and the accessories are from multiple boxes. The overall performance of this earbuds are good but just a little confused about the product description.

These refurbished headphones are performing well my grandson loves them.

Like new they look like there new and sound like ther new I was not sure if a should buy them but a glad I did this was my first refurnished item it they came in peferfect

I purchased a refurbished pair of Beats hoping they would last a while. I knew that the brand does not have a very good reputation for quality. My husband had to have his brand new pair replaced twice. A few months after almost daily use, the earbuds stopped working. It was still under the manufacturer's warranty so after a bit of hassle going through the whole tech support process--I was finally sent a brand new pair. However, the new pair only lasted about a month. I wouldn't buy this brand ever again. But if you are going to purchase, the refurbished is probably the way to go since they are just as likely to break as the brand new ones for a cheaper price.

the earphone itself is good but I have problem securing it to my ear. If I put the wire behind me, it tends to pull especially when I'm sweating however I find it more secure when the wire is infront of me. Other than that I don't have problem.

I'm sorry to leave one star review on this purchase because I did like them a lot. The sound is good but riding the BART you can still hear excess noise, I didn't mind. Used them for about 2 hours 3 days a week just sitting and walking. I ALWAYS use the case, one day I take them out and the ear piece is broken off. It is not under warranty even though its obviously a product flaw. I am just sad, I want new ones but know its not a smart buy. Cheap construction, expensive repairs, sad musicless, Stephanie.

So I purchased a set of beats wireless headphones they where completely fine at first so I thought. Then I noticed that one headphone was louder then the other about a week later. After that about 30 days later I took my earpiece out then it literally broke in my ear. I couldn't believe it. I thought beats where one of the best head ones till that morning. I wouldn't buy anything from Best Buy refurbish department.

I purchased these earbuds, I hooked them up and the right earbud was playing music at a very low level compared to the left one. [almost a whisper] I figured it was just an adjustment from the phone audio or computer. Neither solved my issue. Ended up returning them, due to the fact i cant trust a "certified" product. Maybe it was just luck, but hopefully this doesnt happen to anybody else.
