Product works great. Have used it for a few months. Use it for running, has great sound, sweat proof. Stays on ears with no problem

From the very beginning, the sound came in and out when I moved certain ways. I think there must have been a bad wire on one side, even after refurbished. I never wanted to exchange them and have to wait for another pair, so I just made do. But a few months ago, the panel with the volume buttons fell off, despite me rarely even touching that function because I adjusted volume on my phone. So now they look bad with that section being exposed, on top of getting dirty simply from being white. Overall, I still want another pair because this design stays in my ears well. But I am tempted to try another brand, because even the refurb price is a little high for something that doesn't seem to be made any better than its competition.

Getting this product for a price under $100 is a steal! They sound great, fit well, and do well in a variety of sports/exercise.

I purchased this item for workout purpuses. This product will not move or loosen in the ear while running or just listening leisurely.

They maybe refurbished but nothing wrong with their performance, especially at $80 cheaper.

Just purchased these earbuds. They have GREAT sound, but I wish the charge lasted alittle longer. It ok for most things I use them for, but if that could be improved they would be perfect. Great size and love the case they come in. Would defiantly buy another set.

BestBuy Rocks! beats were great in their time. The refurbs worked great. They all wear out with repetitive use. 38 characters is a lot of character to meat the minimum word count for a review on headphones.

These are a great buy for the price. I think refurbished is the way to go. I had bought several lower quality ear buds and always was dissatisfied. When I decided to go for a quality pair I found Best Buys refurbished and ordered. I am very happy that I did. Like all ear buds, occasionally the track skips but it isn't any where close to how my other less expensive buds did. I am very happy that I bought these and wish I'd found this option way earlier. Don't hesitate, and keep buying $29.99 ones.
