I love my beats by Dr dre! I so recommend these to anyone!!

I purchased 2 sets of these ear buds for Christmas for my daughter and husband. When they opened there packages one had different sizes of ear choices while the other package was missing them. After calling 3 times and getting passed around and disconnected all 3 times I called back again. This time the guy said, well just take them back to the store. I live 3 hours from a store. He said, well send them back. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said, he will tell you the same thing! I said, that's fine. So when the next guy got on the line and told me, You can send the whole box back and we can send you a new box with ear bud sizes in them or I can giv you $10. Back on your card. I said, cant you just send me the little ear size things? He said No. I said, will I be able to buy those size things with $10. the next time I go that far to your store? He said, No $10. Won't buy them, but I can credit you $10. On your card. I spent $200. On two pair of these and this is the service I received. Just thought I'd mention this in case you are ordering on line and can't look in the box. Very unhappy customer

These headphones sound a lot better than any of my previous wireless headphones. I have tried jaybirds, Bose and Motorola.

I got these open boxed and refurbished and listening to a friends store bought pair. Sounds as good as brand new

the headphones were just like new when I received them. They were in a repackaged box and I had to lookup online how to pair but that was expected and very easy. So far they are working great and having the option of choosing which earpiece fit the best was great.

Great sound. The only issue I have is the large piece near the ear piece. It becomes uncomfortable fairly quickly.

I'm always sketchy buying refurbished stuff. These are the second pair of refurbished ear buds I have bought from Best Buy and love both of them. I have had my first pair (Sony) for probably 4 year and they still work great. The Beats were for my wife. She love them!

My previous headphones were from LG. But after 5 years, they stopped working. So I needed to buy some new headphones. They are the best wireless headphones. Sad thing my ears are so small, and sometimes don't fit properly. But otherwise than that, they are great.

Earbuds are solid and hold a charge for awhile. Fit can be a little tenuous as they are over the ear fit.

Bought these in late 2016. Worked perfect then, still work perfect now. Came in different packaging than what you normally see as they are refurbished, but most definitely the smart way to go over paying full price. Absolutely love them for the gym.

I would recommend them to anyone. The wireless works very good even a good distance away. The clarity is amazing.

It is a very good product with great sonic characteristics. You will enjoy it if you love to listen to music.

Use them primarily at the gym. Good audio. Just wish they isolated noise better and hand longer battery life

Earbuds fit comfortably during exercise. The quality of the bass sound is a little less then what I expected.

I would recommend this product . Battery lasted 2-3 hours full charge but it charged back up really fast .

So far so good. I love how you can actually workout without having to stop to move the cord out of the way.

Great buy! I really like how they are wireless. It gives flexibility and no need to worry about a wire!

Good product and worth for money in Blue tooth world. It helps me on Conf call and Vedio chatting etc

I got these for my husband. Refurbished but you would never know it. The sound quality is amazing. The volume range is unbelievable. So far not trouble with connecting to various devices. They are quite adjustable as to how you wear them in your ears.
