My 1st pair of wireless and so far so good. Great sound. Wish the charge lasted longer, but it's lasts a few hours.

Bought these headphones after my other wired beats stopped working and I have absolutely no complaints. Great product.

Got these as a fathers day for my dad. Got my love for music from him, and was truly humbled to give him, "too much for one dad", as he puts it. Had to confess my frugality which put him at ease, especially with the same return and warranty as a brand new set (which put mine at ease) His only drawback was lack of packaging (only charger, headphones and case were included) no paper instructions; for which I directed him to google to help with the rest. He does not take them off. Ever.

These refurbished headphones perform flawlessly and are great for any workout. Wireless is the only way to deadlift!

Ordered these and they arrived missing one of the silicon eartips. I called customer service about a replacement. Hold time 35 mins, so I entered my number for a call back. Received call back in 35 mins and proceeded to be placed on hold for 13 minutes. Spoke to one person and provided the order number. He put me on hold for 2 minutes and transferred me to parts department where I waited on hold for another 3 minutes. The person in parts said she couldn't help me and needed to transfer me to another department. Still holding 16 minutes later, which was long enough to order replacement eartips on Amazon and write this review. Hanging up now. Last time purchasing from Bestbuy.com.

Great headphones to have to hear great quality of music but bluetooth connection to my phone is not so good keeps making a cracking sound as if my phone is far away but really it is in my pocket

Ignore the "Beats Haters"...these headphones are very quality. They have a good range (bluetooth), and a very snug fit.

The sound in these was great. The problem was how they fit. If you have smaller ears, they tend to fall out very easily. Ended up having to return them because they wouldn't stay in while I ran.

The packing for sure is premium and they make great gifts for family and friends. They sync up really easy and fast and work great at the gym when your getting sweaty!!! My only complaint is I wish the quality of the sound was a little better.
