Product will not turn on.

The device no longer turns on, no matter how long I charge the device. The device does turn red (sign that it is charging) once it is plugged.

Volume Control MALFUNCTIONED!

Really bad. Reset did not fix the problem. Best Buy has not even given me back my $15 certificate that I used for this purchased. Can someone please contact me?? Experience-wise, very horrible.

I should have trusted the reviews. My mistake. I Must of received the same earbuds that every one else received that wrote a bad review. The distance says 30 feet. I could not get 5 feet without them fading out. The forward & reverse buttons never worked properly. Save your money and buy the LG wireless Tone earbuds. They blow these away.

Don't Buy Wireless Beats

I purchased this pair refurbished and hoped for the best. Both earpieces separated...I super-glued and crossed my fingers. I only have audio from one side. I'm super disappointed....new and refurbs from this brand are a waste of money.
