I find the speakers to be very low and the charger port hard to close

the control button litterly feel off and they want connect,

They just press on the inside of my ear start to hurt over timeline

While purchasing the product, the website says the product is tested and certified by Geek Sqard. After receiving the order, when paired and start playing a song on my iPhone, the immediate feeling i got the left side is not working. When i increased to full volume, got some sound on the left side. The right side is ok in terms of volume. Basically i want to say the product has in-equal sound in left and right side. Second defect is, there is no bass in this piece of product. Sound quality is also bad, worst than any cheaper $20 bucks wireless headphone. Really i am doubtful that the product has been tested and certified by Geek Sqard. Its truly a defective product. This is the first ever, re-furbished product bought by me and may be will be the last forever.

I was looking for a wireless earphone for workout. I saw this refurbished powerbeats 2 which was almost half price of new one. However I was skeptical to buy a refurbished item but I gave it a try as I thought I am going to use it during workout time only. And I am happy, that was right decision. Pros- 1. It fits perfectly in ear. Even you do jumping jacks, it will not fall off. 2. Sound quality is pretty good. 3. Battery life is good. It will go for 5-6 hours. 1 hour daily workout, so for me it goes for a week. 4. You can see the battery status on your iphone. 5. Play, pause, forward is easy 6. Phone call can be attended and voice quality is good. Cons- 1. wireless range is not 30 feet as advertised. I would say it works fine upto 20-25 ft. 2. Sometime it gets disconnected for a fraction of second but reconnect.

I purchased these for myself to be used during my workouts. They are okay so far but you hear everything around you unless the volume is up really high. I have had a couple of issues of the music cutting off when listening to pandora and I am bending over to pick up something.

its okay but i rather buy it brand new not refurbished .

These are fine but they don't produce a lot of bass.

The headphones were a great price so I thought I would try them out. Got them and they had black earplugs instead of grey that's shown and they would not fit correctly on my ears no matter how much I bent and molded them. Ended up returning :(

The sound and the connection with devices are great. The controls on the cord stopped working after 2 days. I was disappointed. I've bought refurbished wired headphones without issue.

Stopped working after 4 weeks. Until that point, they were great! However, I plan on bringing them in to see if they can be fixed or exchanged. If not, I do not recommend buying these.

Before purchasing the refurbished Beats I read the reviews and went to my local store and talked to an employee at the Geek Squad counter. I was told in store that because Beats are an Apple product that they had to be refurbished by Apple, I have had very good luck with Apple refurbished products, so I purchased them. When I received them they were not an Apple refurbished product and the right speaker did not work. Not happy with the Geek Squad or the product very poor quality control.

Usually don't have an issue with purchasing refurbished products but unfortunately received these and they would not hold a charge. Otherwise product came with everything needed and the return was effortless.

I was happy to recieve these, I turned on my Spotify and the music is completely distorted, it cleared up after 1-2 minutes however that wasn't good enough for me. I returned it for a new unit which works perfectly.

Great when working, however they often fail and require a reset. The reset requires you to be plugged into a wall, so if you're about to workout or run this is a real problem. Would look elsewhere.

I bought these for my husband to use at the gym.... Well they worked for 2 days then would t connect to Bluetooth anymore. Had to take them back to the store and it was a pain to get them to do something about them!!! They finally returned them and gave me a gift card to buy different ones!!!

I bought the powerbeats in Sep. 2016. Having used it for 6 months, it stopped working now. I asked Best Buy what I should do, and the only response is that "since the return period (15 days) has passed, you have to ask Apple, rather than Best Buy for help." A refurbished Powerbeats is now 20 bucks cheaper than the new one, but it comes with no warranty. And Best Buy is not in charge of repair of any apple devices because of some agreement with Apple. Please, please think about such warranty policy before buying a "Geek Squad Refurbished" product.

These are great for exercising & they allow you to talk on your phone. They only worked properly for about 3 months & that wasn't with a lot of use.

I will be returning them...sound quality is poor, only 10 feet Bluetooth range distance. Talking quality was intermittent. I don't know if this is because they are refurbished or not. But I am really unhappy.
