Well the product would of been great if it actually charged. How can u say it was tested if it doesn't hold a charge? Ya not happy and they are going back. Waste of time

I received the product without the volume control cover. Not sure why it says geek squad certified item. The product is a trash!

Got it in February and it is now May. Tried charging but will not turn on. Tried to go to best buy geek squad but they said no warranty so they couldnt repair it.

I ordered these thinking they would be refirbed to like new condition. No! They were dirty and stunk! It was so gross. Had ear wax in them. Worst smell too. I couldn't believe it. I was so disappointed. Took them to store immediately and returned them.

Had these for 6 months. Used MAYBE 3-4 times a month. Round plastic portion of right ear bud became unattached to headphone rendering them unusable. I'm very meticulous with all my electronics so neglect wasn't even in the cards. Pretty disappointed with the amount paid vs time lasted. Have a great set of wired high end in ear sonys that I have had for atleast 6 years. Run flawlessly. Not these. Don't waste your money. You will be buying a name not a quality product.

I did not like these beats. They would hurt my ear after wearing for about 30 minutes. Sound quality is pretty good.

Recevied my powerbeats 2 wireless headphones and they failed to turn on. Tried updating and going through other procedures with Apple support with no luck. Returned them to local Bestbuy store just to find they are no longer available for shipping. Customer service failed to assist me in having a pair shipped from another store that had them in stock. They claimed they are only available for in store pickup. Would have appreciated a little help given my situation.

I could not test these because they were DOA. It would not charge at all. I assume Best Buy failed to do quality check before packaging them up and sending out. When I got them they had a lot of glue on them that I had the clean off. I would not waist my money on anything refurbished by Geek Squad. They are horrible and have no clue to what they are doing. The company needs to be revamped and actually hire employees that are certified to make repairs.

I use the latest Ipod with Bluetooth and sit it on the bike a foot away at the gym and it cuts out all the time. Said they were refurbished, if I had paid full retail I would be sick.

I only had the beats for 2 months and one day the ear piece broke. I bought it to the store to get it fixed but end up getting my money back.

Got these refurbished and within a week they are no longer working. Will charge but will not turn on.

Watching videos it's good, but when speaking on the phone is no good. Many problems connect & very low.

It is probably in part to my ears but I've never had an issue with any other kind of headphone... Even after adjusting the parts, they do not stay secure on my ear, moving around and pressing the hard plastic part against the front of my ear. Very uncomfortable and frustrating. Need to readjust them every 10 seconds when I wear them. I tried every kind of bud attachment. Wish I hadn't bought. I know they work well for some though!

My original pair of Brand New Powerbeats2 were stolen, so I thought I'd try the refurbished ones for a cheaper price...This was my second pair of Refurbished PowerBeats2...and still no luck. I had them for about 2 days and the cover for the buttons which control the volume just came off. I guess when the "Refurbished" them they just glued it back on, but it didn't stay on long. So, I just said I'll forget get the Beats for now.

The design wasn't good for my ears. The right speaker would constantly just fall out. The sound from them were so so in my opinion.

Cannot turn or move without the sound cutting out. Fits well

Worked great for a few times and then the earphones stopped working. They could not be turned on or reset. When I called Best Buy I was sent to some retail store company for a possible refund or exchange since Best Buy said it was beyond the return period. I could understand this if I was just requesting to return them, but these were defective headphones. Very disappointed with Best Buy's product and service.

Didn't stay in my ears and always hurt when wearing them and also the fell out of my ears at random so I couldn't do anything really

Geek squad didn't test these thorough enough. The right ear piece sounds awful. Do yourself a favor and buy new. Very disappointed

I bought these for my boyfriend. He saw me using wireless headphones and wanted to try them out. I bought these for him, as I got a good deal on these refurb. He couldn't seem to get one ear hook just right. During workouts, the earpiece wasn't in right and couldn't get it right. Interfered with him having a productive workout, I will be returning these the same way i did with my Powerbeats3.
