this is a good sounding heaphone and everything but the range of the bluetooth isint that good beware of that !

Love this product, so happy that I ordered it, appearance and packaging was excellent

When I was looking into purchasing wireless earbuds I was looking at various brands. After doing research on reviews I came across purchasing these, and I fell in love after the first use. I continued to used them on a day to day basis for various activities. It wasn't until a few months later when one of my earbuds cracked open, and I didn't do anything to allow that to happen. As I contacted support they informed me that they were unable to fix it because it wasn't covered under the warranty, and claimed I needed to pay an additional $99 to replace the earbud. To me it became insane that I began to regret the purchase. On that day of purchasing the earbuds I was debating between Beats and Bose and unfortunately I chose the worse one. Overall it was a big regret with these headphones, very bad quality for its price. I guess it'll be time to save money for REAL companies whom make better products!

Just connect charge and go. Everything is so easy to set up

Never buy refurbished products like beats headphones

I bought a pair of these and they didn't even last 2 weeks. Returned them at the store but couldn't do an even exchange because the store doesn't carry refurbs. All they could do was refund my money to my BB card so I could go home and order another pair. When I got home, the price had gone from $69.99 to $149.99 and guess who wouldn't honor my original purchase price? You guessed it, Best Buy. Who in the right mind is going to pay over double for the same exact item that didn't even last 2 weeks the first time? Not this sucker. As a matter of fact, when it comes time to buy my 4K television next Black Friday, guess where this consumer WON'T be shopping? You guessed it, Best Buy. Their return policies SUCK

I got these on the 50 hour Best Buy sale and at first I loved them. but then a few days after purchasing them they stopped connecting to my laptop and phone. I had to return them to Best Buy and buy them not refurbished and pay another $50. I do not recommend!!

Terrible product for $20 let alone how much I paid for it. They broke within a couple weeks (most likely from water damage from using them while simply running on the treadmill.) NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

I bought these in August around the beginning of December the volume down and the next song function quit working. I don't know if this is a refurbished issue but now I am out of luck. Waste of $90.

Finally decided on a pair of these over the competitors. First pair lasted me 1 month before they would not turn on with full charge or reset. Applecare replaced it because it was a manufacturer defect. Pair number two came and lasted 2-2.5 months before, guess what, they would not turn on with full charge or reset. Applecare said its a manufacturer defect again and they will replace them. I asked the Applecare employ how many times we have to go through this song and dance before I get my money back, he says its only been two pairs so after 3 or 4 we can explore other options. Take that as you will... I would not recommend buying these or any Apple product.

the first pair I bought certified refurbished was not working properly immediately. the right ear bud was not working at all. so I returned them and spent more money and purchased a brand new pair with better luck but the sound quality was not as good as the LG tone ultra and the Bluetooth distance was not very good at all. I was listening to the headphones while cleaning the basement and outside of five feet they lost connection. I had high hopes for these but was left disappointed because I bought a name not quality.

I would give this zero starts if I could. This product works fine for about two months then the controls stop working, meaning you can't raise the volume or even turn them off. I was given this as a gift this past December and have gone through 5 pairs! Best Buy will only send them off to Apple who keeps replacing them and the same thing happens to all of them! Will not be purchasing any Apple products in the future. Very cheap material. Btw, this product has horrible reviews on the Apple website, everyone says the same thing, they break after a couple months. I don't know how the rating is so high on this site.

I had these headphones for about three months and they worked great. I was very happy with them until they just stopped holding a charge. Unfortunately it's too late to do anything about it. I'd recommend new, not refurbished.

These are horrible for the price, the volume switch broke, and now they will not charge had them less than 6 months

Great product while it lasted, but after only 4 months the headphones stopped working. No visible wear or damage, but the unit no longer charges. Not the durability I expected for the price I paid.

Bought this last February 25, 2016 less than 4 months later the battery won't charge. Also beware of refurbished beats since Apple will not cover one year warranty. Good thing I added $20 for Best Buy replacement program and got my money back and got me the jay bird X2's. Apparently Best Buy could not sell warranty on this because Apple is not allowing them? Very disappointed. Will not buy any beats product at all!

Well waited two weeks and they don't work. First I paired it with my device and anytime I would play music they unpaired. Then after trying to get it to work they wouldn't pair at all. Tried charging them but it would stop charging after a minute. Bottom line it's someone else's junk that wouldn't work and now they're my junk that won't work.

Headphones arrived timely and in decent condition. Unfortunately cannot use them since they do not have the ear plugs/covers.

I order these online thinking I would get brand new headphones that were not refurbished as well as the fact that it says it was an open box, and for best buy, that means the product is brand new and never been used but because if the box being open and/or damaged, they have to sell it for a lower price. When I received my packaged, not obly were they not in the box, but the volume button was broken.

I just use 2 weeks the item has stopped working...
