They appear as and work as good as new. Nothing appeared to be missing from the package, and the headphones were clean and seemed to be brand new. They function exactly how they should. That being said, I’d never pay full original retail for these. They sound decent but not mind blowing. The fit is *okay*. I always feel like the could fit into my ear holes better, but they still tend to hurt my ears after a while. But pairing them with an Apple device is ridiculously easy and the battery life is outstanding- I workout for an hour at a time and tend to get through nearly 2 weeks before needing a charge.

Excellent headphones!

Gives clear great sound and connection range. Easy pairing because of the W1 chip. Good battery life and comes with case to keep them safe.

Accidentally left them on a plane and as soon as I realized they were gone forever, I got back on Best Buy and ordered another pair. I've had many pairs of cheap headphones. Stepping up to a more expensive pair was definitely worth the improvement in sound quality and bluetooth connectivity.
