Initially I was hesitant to order a certified refurbished product. But based on the 90 day warranty provided by Geek squad i decided to order them. They were in great condition like new and works really well. Great sound quality with bass.

I bought these headphones referbished from bestbuy.com. I really wish, they would send the headphones complete. They did not include the medium earbud tips. The ebay and amazon versions just aren't as good. Something about the originals work better. But anyway, I own both the powerbeats 2 and 3. I'd have to say there really isn't much different. They sound great, don't fall off my ears. Signal is a tad better.

Let me say this.....you will not know that it is refurbished. Everything about it great...the sound, the fit, and the battery life.

I use these for work and I like how I can conveniently have them hanging around my neck all day and can quickly answer a phone call. I usually only put one in and the only downside is the weight of the other one hanging can pull it out of my ear if I’m busy doing something. They have good battery life and sound qualify though.

I love these. The sound is crisp, the bass is better than most although i could stand it being a little more loud. The range and battery life are awesome.

Great sound, these actually stay in place during rope jumping and boxing workouts. I also wear them at work, battery lasts longer than 12 hours

I had the powerbeats2 and those were great for about 3 years and now I decided to get the powerbeats3 and they are very good for my workouts, clear sound and also work while swimming, what else can you want? Great product

These headphones came in looking and feeling brand new. they had the full packaging and full assortment of accessories needed like charging cable and different size earbud gels. the only complaint would be that Apple should include more different shape and size earbud gels to get different comfort levels. overall great purchase at an amazing price point.

Now I'm a big beats supporter, I bought the simple fact for running. Did they provide use? Absolutely. Could crank out my runs either at the gym or on the road...If you don't mind constantly hooking them back around your ear. In other words they don't fit. It's not the plug because plugs fit easily but the hoop itself is not ideal for your average ears. Trying them on @ a store may sound worth the buy alone. However for active use! I'd try something else.

i purchased this as an "open box" item and it had a nice reduced price and when I received it, the product and packaging were as new. It fits nice and snug around my ear and the optional ear cushions fit different size openings. The sound it solid and it stays put even when I'm active. The controls work as most iPhone ones do since that's what I connect it to. The Bluetooth connection is easily recognized by my phone and its truly plug and play.

Decent bass and sound quality for what I paid. great battery life

sent my beats by dr, dre wireless headset in for battery replacement. purchased another set while they were being worked on. love them. hang on when others have fallen out. wear them at work and gym.

I listen to these during my workouts full blast. I also use them for audible while I’m at work, quietly. They are great for any usage.

Only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is it came without the charging cable, so it took a few more days to see if the headphones even worked. They charge quickly, charge seems to last for about 11 hours, just shy of the 12 the product claims to last for. Good sound, several different in-ear size options. If you wear them correctly, really can't hear anything other than the music. Works great for work outs. Update: BestBuy provided a $25.00 gift card to purchase the missing part.

I've had my refurbished headphones for about a month. I looked new when received and came with all parts. They connected very easily to my phone and stay charged for about two days with eight hours of listening each day.

Great does exactly what I needed it to listening to music is great talking is good too but it’s not background noise canceling.Overall great !!
