Not a fan of this particular headphone

Gift for myself

This newly developed set of powerbeats do not provide the same comfort level that the old ones did. They hurt when in ear and around ear. Not only are they a bad product, but they also came without all of the pieces for the headphones. I bought a pair from geek squad and they were missing the rubber stopper that is suppose to be in place before the charger. Not a good look in my opinion.

Failed after less than a month

When these headphones failed, after less than a month, I found out that not only was I not covered by manufacturer's warranty but Geek Squad does not even stand by their "certification". Other retailers would at least offer a 90 day warranty but Geek Squad offers nothing. Wasted my time and money buying refurbished. Saving a couple bucks buying refurbished not worth it.
