I purchase these thinking that I would get a good pair of headphones for a good price. After about a week the battery started dying on me in about 30 mins. Because the packaging was so dirty (I received it that way from bestbuy), I through it away. And so here is the real problem. Because I didn't have the original packaging Best Buy wouldn't take it back. Luckily Apple still honored the warranty on them and sent me another pair (refurbished also).

I used these everyday. 4 months later they just wouldn’t turn back on. Found out I’m not the only person that was having this issue So disappointed

I only used these 8 times and they stopped charging, would not reset, would not turn on. I took them back and got wireless Jabra sport instead.

Has the worse set of headphones I have ever owned. No bass so to speak. Treble is very tinny sounding. If it were not such a hassle to send I would. I have $10 headphones that sound better. Would not recommend anything with the Beats label on it. Look a something else like Jaybird. Bad thing is I bought 2 pair. One for me and one for the wife. Live and learn

Bought the Geek Squad certified refurbished headphone and it worked great for a couple weeks after I purchased it, but I started having problems with the battery after 3 weeks. Unfortunately, it was out of the return period and I could not do anything with. Apparently there was a problem with the headphone and Best Buy sold me a faulty product. Would love my money back and actually buy a new one.

I wouldnt buy one of the heads went out sound doesnt even work. Just buy full price quality headphones if they weren't refurbished wasn't worth it.

It was Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Powerbeats³ Wireless and it stopped working after 3 weeks. Should be we'll tested before putting for sale.

After 4 months the headset stop working won’t charge. Could someone suggest what I need to do to exchange or get a refund.

I understand these were refurbished & I couldn't return them after 30 days. They stop working after 33 days! I tried resetting them, still didn't work. I will NEVER buy a refurbished product from Best Buy again. I guess the clue would have been that I couldn't return them after 30 days. I would have given NO STARS but that wasn't an option.

I really didn't like the headphones. They don't sound better than $20 ones I purchased from Amazon. I must say these were refurbished, maybe I'll try new ones

Love the headset, but the refurbished set I got did not last long. No warranty, apple won't fix them, wish I had just gotten new. Never again.

enjoyed Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Powerbeats for about 3 weeks and one day just stopped working. Tried to reset, plug in to charge, there was no sign of being alive. few days later plugged it in, started charging. Then again, died on me in the middle of a workout. Contacted apple, shipped them to for repair. people at apple didn't find anything wrong.

did not hold the charge after a couple of weeks of use. But best buy were really good by accepting the return of the product.

These were just average at best. If I purchased these new I would have taken them back. Not worth full retail price.

Broke on me within a week of having it. Just started flashing a white light 3 times and wouldn't connect.

Will not stay connected to Samsung note8. Tried everything.

Headphones broke fairly quick. The part that goes over the ear popped like it was previously glued. Very Disappointing.

Shut down after 3 months because of sweat during workout switch to jbl

Can not answer phone with headset. Will not stay connected.
