Only used at gym and walking the dog so no harsh conditions. Do not recommend refurbished. Over priced junk. The design and fit are comfortable and maybe getting them new would have made a difference.

Oops no manual

Unfortunately, no manual or setup instructions were included. After charging and trying to use, I contacted BB. The helpful lady there made set me up with a local BB store. Today, I learned that there was an on/off switch I hadn't noticed. Result: The headphones work great, BB took good care of me. Too bad the use instructions weren't included.
