Brought these for my girl and Best Buy had them refurbished. Pull them out the box and charged them..... Worked great She loved them

I love these, they are very convenient and easy to use. Especially for people like me where ear phones do not stay in my ear at all. This has good grip & support and its soft. Perfect for working out / walking / jogging.

If you have smaller ears, wouldn’t recommend. They sound amazing but just dangled on my ears like big earrings.

The wireless headphones are quick to charge and simple to use. I needed to go to the smaller ear piece, but fortunately a few different sized options were included with my purchase.

This is a nice head set. I like the fact that it is cordless and gives you the mobility when working out. I do wish it had a little more bass though. Overall a great head set.

I do absolutely love the sound quality coming out of the headset but the microphone for phone use could still use some improvement. It does not cancel enough background noise.

Most of time, it was not hold in my ear when I was in gym. Other that that awesome quality and sound.

I got some refurbished beats and the right ear goes in and out.

Bought these headphones in September and a month later they wouldn’t turn on for some reason. I didn’t realize you could purchase a Best Buy extended warranty, so I only got 15 days of warranty and Geek Squad wouldn’t touch them. Took them to a repair shop and all the solder points were bad and had to be fixed. Do not buy this product without the extended warranty.

So I had purchased the regular ones for $199 plus tax. I then got these refurbished ones for my brother. But I tried them on. I didn’t notice any difference and it charged just as fast too. I ended up returning the regular ones. Will be getting another refurbished.

I came in with low expectations and was happy when I seen how good the beats looked for being refurbished. It's a good deal if you dont care about the title.

So far they have been great, I don't know if it's my phone. Maybe I still don't know how to work them well but I don't know when the beats are on or off.

These are good for the gym or being active. The solo and studio versions are good for around the house but not for working out. These are cheaper and more versatile.

I choose the refurbished beats due to price. Should have waited a bit longer though. Seeing the holiday sales and brand new ones are less expensive than the refurbished.

I love these but after Apple got its hands on the company the quality just isn’t there anymore. The plastic is super cheap now. I end up breaking a pair a year.

I was expecting a good bass sound because is Power beat. But it wasn’t. I am no sure if because was refurbished or not but the sound was metallic.

I bought these thinking they would be better than my other earbuds, but I don't think a fully charged headset lasts the twelve hours Beats claims.

It comes with 3 pairs of different size pods so that you can change the size for the different ear shapes. Its Bluetooth connection syncs easily. Audio quality is better than I expected. I run with these even in the rain and they work great. Love em.

I didn't like that there was a wire that connects both sides of the earphones that you have to manage and wear behind your head.

This is not on Best Buy they just supply the product.....I was very disappointed on the Beats earphones, sound was cheap at an expensive price New or Refurbished low price.....will try to return it and try the Bose if that doesn't work will try something else.....No manual came with product, finally figured it out the Bluetooth problem. But one good thing was the feel around the ear and had no issues with sweat frying the plugs.
