I hate in ear buds so I got these. Very satisfied so far and being water proof is a plus. The phone app kinda sucks but the product is good.

The headphones are amazing when new. Refurbished is another story. Depending on who repackaged it depends how good they are. Came with no instructions. Earbuds don’t come in box. The left speaker died within a week. Pay for new or wait for them to go on sale before going to refurbished.

Great works perfect would highly recommend no problems at hall with them. Purchased for our son and he loves them. Great price and showed up on time .

Easy to lose the cover of earplugs and not good for classical music.

Good not great. Microphone has been so-so. But mostly use in the gym.

the headphones were in great shape, however, I gifted them to my husband and when you find they on bluetooth, the name said Nick. My husband was upset because he thought I was regifting a gift that I got from a man. It caused issues, which I think could have been avoided had the beats been properly reviewed by the Geek Squad like the sticker said.

Bought these and they worked fine the first day. Needed to charge them and when I did and finally used them again, about a week later, they stopped working (on the day after the last day I could return them of course, of which there is a very short return period). Will not stay connected to my phone or any device for longer than 20 seconds. I bought them refurbished so I do not blame Beats at all. I am extremely frustrated with Best Buy that they would sell these refurbished if they didn't work.

I asked in red and they came in pink do not return them for defects or something similar Then I gave them the black color and I'm satisfied with my purchase

I have been a Best Buy rewards member for over a decade and I love the company and it's products. This is the second time I have had something shipped to my house by Best Buy and it has been substandard (when I pick up or purchase in store it has always been a great experience). I received a set of Geek Squad Refurbished Powerbeats3 via UPS and when I opened them two thing immediately stuck out. One was the white specks on the ear pieces (it looked like ear wax) and the other was the fact that the user manual was missing. How are these certified? What process was used to determine that they were okay to be resold? I get it that they are not new and I was getting a discount, but this is ridiculous. I felt like I was purchasing something from Goodwill and not Best Buy. I was so grossed out I did not try them and I will definitely be returning them.
