Good for listening but not talking

This is my second pair in the last 4 months and neither work well. I am able to hear, but the person i am talking to cannot hear me well.

They alright

Ehhh, fit pro &airpod pro r better

People tell me they can’t hear me but they can hear my background… if you can get the beats fit pro, get those instead!

Terrible Sound Quality

I've tried to google, bing, ask, etc for some help but have ran in to many dead ends. I felt as if though my music was whispering to me and tried many different methods to turn up the volume. But... nothing worked. There isn't a "volume up" button on these and even the app doesn't support turning up the volume. I attempted to reach support line but they were honestly better off in the garbage. That's where they will remain.
