Refurbished. I think what actually took place was someone bought a new set of Beats and put their old ones back in the package and took them back. When connected they are called "Eric's Beats". My name isn't Eric. Battery life seems awful short. Shorter than my Apple AirPods which these were going to replace. Not so sure these were ever refurbished. Don't think I will be making another such purchase. I saved a lot of money from new, but question the refurb aspect of this item.

They work great even tho they are refurbished. They were missing the regular sized ear bug insert but otherwise cool.

I use these mostly for listening to books and podcasts with one ear at a time. The battery life is really good compared to other bluetooth buds I've used. Truly comfortable. For music listening, the highs are a bit strident (never really understood what that word meant until I got these) compared to higher end buds and the bass is definitely "beats." First time pairing can be weird but otherwise connects easily.

I purchased refurbished beats because they are certified as a good product for 1/2 the price I don’t think you always need everything new and sometimes used is not a bad idea especially when it saves lots of money.

Great best headphones I ever had I got my beats studio wireless headphones and I would use only out door they work very good from running mowing the grass walking the dog going to the beach good headphones the cover is coming off but they keep on ticking

This product is great. My son lost his under the rain for hrs. We picked them later, put them in raw rice overnight, and its been months, he is still happy to use them. One more thing, it blocks background noise very very well. I'm glad I bought this piece

I love my Beats. I don’t even have to have music on to shut out sounds, just put the buds in and turn on. Boom, instant cancellation of all noise. They fit very well and come with sm, med, and lg ear pieces. BUT, don’t set them down by themselves or they will run away. I’m on my 2nd pair in a week cause I didn’t put them back in their case and lost them. Just saying.

I bought this pair for my mom and she loves them. She has been through three pairs of air pods and she said that out of both she prefers the Beats. They fit her ear perfectly and are comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
