The sound is not very impressive, it's actually not even comparable to other brand name earbuds. It is acceptable though, mainly due to the price being a little lower. I'm happy with everything else.

Bought two one works great but the other has static in the left earbud. Must return for a replacement. The other one works great and has nice full spectrum sound

I got 4 pairs and everyone loved them...easy to use abd you can't beat the quality of sound...definitely buy again and recommend to others!

Item arrived in open box with large and small tips, I'm assuming medium tips were used and not included. Overall condition was like new, no scratches or other imperfections. Product performance is great - great sound, noise cancelling as expected. Transparency mode is nice feature. Would purchase again.

Walking around they listening to a tour guide app they were great. On an airplane not so much. If I put the plane’s headphones over the Beats it work good but I had to be very still because the pause button was pressed.

First refurbished item I have purchased from Best Buy and I have to say I am disapointed. I saved $$ which is good, however the ear buds looked like someone just tossed it in the box. The ear tips fell out and were rolling around, I lost one (or my dog ate it), when I hold them both in one hand there is loud feedback/wistling. I’ve never had this from Beats ear buds. Everything I read says this happens when they have ear wax in them. Maybe I set my expectations too high. When I have purchased refurbished items from Apple you could never tell they had been refurbished. The earbuds themselves work great but the lack of care in the cleaning and repackaging concerns me.

It can not be used for phone calls. It's hard for person on the other side to hear and it make a lot of noise to the talking on the receiving end.

The sound quality and noise cancellation is amazing! I’ve used them on flights and it’s perfect for not hearing the outside noises. I bought my wife a pair also and she lives them more than her AirPods! Definitely recommend!!

New earbuds and I love them. They are lightweight. Sound is superior. I dont like that every time I adjust them in my ear I hang up on folks. However I am still getting used to them. I bought refurb and they were new and unused. Really good deal.

The transparency mode stinks. The part of the earbud where they joined the 2 parts of the outer shell rubs against the inside of my ear. Pretty uncomfortable for my ears, but the music sounds great and it’s a small and discrete package especially for the price of $80!

The beats are amazing!! They’re the best to use when doing stuff around the house or just relaxing. When I don’t want to hear the people around me I just put noise canceling on.
