I changed the rubber cushions and I still have the same problem. I bought 2 one for me and one for my son. Same thing happens to him. I’m now switching back to the air pods . Sound is great fit not so much.

Love the case they store in, don't have to go and try to find one. Mine are refurbished but find nothing wrong with them. Only thing missing were the medium size ear plugs, however the small ones fit me just fine.

I was super impressed with the fit, and the sound that came out of the beats but not impressed with the quality that the beats came in. The case could have been made a little bit better but overall I give it five stars because the sound is amazing.
