I get about 4 hours before a bud dies. Others brands I've gotten 9-10 hrs on the same use.

Refurb outlet item not that great.

Like nails on a chalkboard. Occasionally pauses inexplicably without touching the buds for some unknown reason after testing independently on different devices. Otherwise the sound is good, noise cancelling or alternative pass through sound functions to hear the world around you work well. Overall, these refurbished outlet items are exactly as good as you expect...a litle subpar.

I was disappointed about that. Overall they've been good. I think my ears are extremely small not even the small buds work, they still fall out.

Do not purchase refurbished

That probably means nothing as one of the ear buds didn’t work at all and the second one volume didn’t go up. Save your time and money.
