Of course it seems refurbished to me. It glitches. Sometimes won’t connect. Sometimes it won’t let me active noise cancellation feature. I’ve had these bugs before just not open box. Love the beats products Just not a refurbished or open boxed item

Missing (M) eartips on all three purchased.

As others have stated, they re in "like new" condition. However, I bought three of these and all were missing the (M) size eartips. I guess that what the refurbishment process means. Just remove the eartips that were most likely used and sell as a refurb. With the price dropping to $99, it's better just to go with new.
