    The product is good. The certified refurb process needs work. The first set I received was missing the medium eartips. Annoying, but okay – people make mistakes. After waiting another couple days for a product I can use, I received another set with missing medium eartips. It seems people are buying these to replace their lost eartips and then returning them without the eartips, and the people doing the "refurb" are not checking for this. I'll be returning both and moving on with my life.

    Decent earpods that get the job done. Beats kept it simple and they don’t disappoint. My only gripe is if you used to lightening chargers you’ll not have to adjust to USB-C.
